Miscommunication

The problem, as I see it, is that Mal or any of the other Zoner leadership were not informed of the impending attack.

Quite frankly, my standpoint here as someone who loves spontaneous RP is that Mal should have been informed.

When I joined this community, I was introduced to real, ingame RP by Mal in LD Inc. I remember that one midnight, when I should have been sleeping, when Mal dragged Yorkie into California with Koolmo, disabled Kool's engines, and began a hostile takeover of the organization.

The guy is fan of spontaneous, random stuff. He's good at it.

But you don't just go and RP something that will eventually lead to a change on the server without getting input from the rest of the community. Because everyone is going to be affected in some way, shape, or form.

No hard feelings to any of the Keepers or Zapp, it's what I believe.

If you were to actualy read -several- of my posts before, You would have known why he wasn't 'informed yet'. Mainly because I had intended to make a four-way Skype chat with all parties involved and explain it all in one fell swoop, but lacked the contact details and had to wait to be added by Athenian. Nothing has been set in motion yet.

Here's what I say:

Turn your guns off and don't play those characters for a week while you discuss this.

The talking toast is right. We need to have a serious, non-flame based discussion about this.

Also, if FP11 goes the Spirit goes with it. Quite frankly I can't imagine any other outcome given my RP, there's no way in hell that my character or the crew he's assembled would let any less than the complete and total destruction of his ship stop him from protecting another Zoner freeport going the way of 7.

It doesn't make a difference.

You don't walk into someone's office, rearrange their furniture, then wait until you can get everyone in the same video conference so that you explain why you did what you did.

All I see from you right now is excuses.

If you want to do something like that, you PUT IT OFF, until you can get everyone together.

It's what you'd do in real life, and oh, my bad, this is part of RL. It's what you do here.

We didn't re-arrange squat yet! That's the whole point! All we did was make a rough drawing of how the office might look. We just needed to get all the contracters together to start the building with input from their sides.

The problem about Order | BHG is that they are on each other's throats and it will affect the defensive aid.

Like today, spontanously, a BHG fleet attacked Minor while the Delta was being attacked by Keepers. So, basicly the Order will retreat some of its forces to defend itself "for the greater good", weaking the Delta defenses.
