I am including the screenies of only part of my conversation with Wolfpack, however let it be known his anger was broadcast throughout Sirius via console, and now we, SA, have become tarnished because of Nussebull and Phoenix actions. Now I know I am basing this on no screenies, however, Wolfpack and Igiss the law and this shall be followed.
I require all members to post thoughts and advice. From there we shall formulate proper response and punishment as a unit.

I'm pissed that the PvPers have driven yet another player off my server. I"m not pissed at SA per se, but I"m pissed off in general. You guys can figure that out from my own posts.
Nusseball and Phoenix, you two were named as trying to kill a trader and repeatedly saying "leave or die" in a system. I won't name the party involved. This is NOT acceptable. The only system you guys would have any rights to say that in is the system you own/control, and that would be Virginia, when I remove the money from whowever has it.
You have No control of Liberty per se. It will never bleong to ANYONE. Server rules have been set up as such. Liberty is *MY* play ground here and I won't allow crap like that go to on.
Liberty is supposed to be the in-game version of America. Not the Korea/China of the server. You don't go around telling someone "leave or die" in a system you have zero control over.
Come on, people.. ROLE PLAY the right way.. I'm almost to the point of doing MAJOR house cleaning of all factions on this server, and that includes the ones created after 4.82 released.
Don't give me an excuse to block the SA creation or the purchase of virginia.

Second, Nuss at least probably won't find out about this until tomorrow... I think he's in Europe.
Third, let's all take a deep breath. RedBear, I understand that you got chewed out for this, and I'm really sorry about that...your frustration is very understandable. Tempers have been high on Disco lately, which is unfortunate. Until we can hear from Nuss and Phoenix themselves, I suggest we stay calm and reserve judgment. Let's make sure that we don't turn one mistake into an even worse one by causing unnecessary anger and chaos.
Ooc: Very well on all your points Tannik. However, something will have to be done to clean our name. Will move to another post. Suggest 1 ooc on this post from every member then we move to another for particulars on how to make good, i.e. fine, public acknowledgement in flood, etc., as a unit.

Intelligence indicates that a large number of factions have decided to go weapons-cold for the time being. I recommend that all SA ships participate in this cease-fire until the situation becomes more clear. In other words, do not engage other ships.

It was a Nomad Cruiser killing NPC's outside LA, I asked him
to drop pilots, he ran, I went after him, he said stop and continued to run,
then I killed him, I took his stuff, went to Willard.
Pheonix showed up, he engaged the Nomad Cruiser and killed him,
next time we saw him was when he undocked from Yukon,
Pheonix chased him around LA, AND then he docked at LA.
That's what happened, he said he were gonna report us,
I read the rules (again) and found nothing that could
stop me from killing him.
