Open it with a hex editor, or alternatively, notepad. Make sure you don't change anything. Most of it will be nonsense to humans, but text strings and filenames are stored in plain text.
EDIT: I looked just now, there is no "hello" and only a few references to "pilot", none of which are this. However, there are a TON of dlls in freelancer folder and any one of these might have it as well.
