Greetings, Outcasts. I wanted to personally send this letter so that no miscommunication could occur. The VR (Vagrant Colonial Raiders) are moving some of our forces to Omicron Alpha, and surrounding systems. The force will include our only capital ship, and flag ship, the Spyglass VCS-Ravager, a few bombers and snubfighters. The specifications, crew, and registration papers are available Here. We have several reasons for this.
One, we have gotten several new recruits in the past few weeks, and they must broaden their horizons. They wish to see the origin of Cardamine.
Two, we want to pay a visit to our friends, The Outcasts. We have fought hand in hand in Liberty against those who would oppose us.
Three, a more pressing matter, and the most important. Since the Cartel have moved in, staying at Hacker and Rogue bases, Cardamine is starting to become short. We are willing to escort Any vessel coming To or From Malta. Hopefully, with our protection, more Cardamine shipments will reach Hacker bases in Liberty. Some of us are starting to get desperate.
And finally, four. We have heard of recent Corasir attacks against the Outcasts. We are willing to offer our supplies and pilots to your cause, to effectively defend Malta, Alpha, and strike back at our Mutual enemies. Hopefully if we can deal enough damage to the Corsairs in Gamma, perhaps they will draw back some of their forces in Liberty, who have been pressuring us.
Thank you for your time. We look forward to seeing you in the next few weeks, as the Ravager and some VR make our way across the colonies, to the EdgeWorlds.

This is a military matter, technically outside my jurisdiction. However, I find it amusing that you say what you "will" do within our space. You say we are friends? Friends do not intrude unless welcome, and I've seen little reason yet to welcome you.
But, due to the logistics of this request, it is a military matter; I'll relay this to the 101st.

Mr. Santini,
My choice of words before was a bit off. This is all meant to be a request. I figured you wouldn't have a problem having a different source of ships and pilots to combat the Corsairs, or the anti-Slavers. And again, I figured you would welcome the idea of more Cardamine shipments getting through.
And as a side note, may I remind you of the amounts of Outcast Tridentes the Hackers refit and supply. Just the other day, I sent in 2 of my best pilots into the Texas system to rescue one of your Gunboats that had picked a fight with an assault Battlecruiser. One of them didn't make it back. I figured friends did things for friends, and we are hardly asking you anything.

Subject: Observations
One does not survive as long as I have in this line of work without a few precautions, Petrucci. Given that I've only just recently even heard of your organization, I will continue to remain cautious. We've had far too many freelancers, miners, mercenaries, Corsairs, and other such undesirables harassing our transports and the like. Even ignoring for the moment the possibility that you're a member of or a spy for another such group, I have reservations about the use of a capital-class vessel to escort our transports, when all such a ship is likely to do is draw more attention to them.
But, as said earlier, this is a military matter. I will step aside and let the appropriate authorities handle this.
How would you feel if we left the Spyglass out of the picture? If we sent up a small force of Lane Hacker Fighters and Bombers to escort your shipments of Cardamine through the Tau's and Sigmas and into the Colonies, would that help the matter? To put it frank Mr. Santani, we need the Cardamine. Badly.
Also, I have faith in my crew, but if you see any of them talking about traitorous acts, report it to me immediately. I will space them myself.

Petrucci,
I'd ask you to leave the Spyglass at the door, thanking you kindly. We already have enough mouths to feed and another one that isn't contributing to us in any way won't help.. Bombers and figthers we will support, but that's where it ends.
I'd also kindly ask you to send us a list of the pilots and their ship ID's. Just so we're One hundred percent clear about who and what.

Will do Mr. Dejesus, we'll leave the Spyglass at home. I suppose its for the better, I'd rather the engines to have the least amount of light-years on them as possible.

Petrucci here,
Just a quick report. I'm pleased to announce that several VR pilots have reported successfully escorting several shipments of Human Cargo to Malta, and have brought back Cardamine to our bases in need. I am happy to report that our arrangement seems to be working well, the Cardamine transports are protected from certain factions, namely the GMG in the Sigma's, and the Liberty Security Force, our Hacker and Rogue friends are enjoying their Cardamine, and your fields are having a fresh replenish of hired hands. Your 101st squadrons were very welcoming to us as well, please send them my regards.
I have also updated the list of escorts, as our ships have underwent a callsign switch, and several others have shown interest in taking part.
A Crackling Transmission is heard, a video feed appears upon the screen, showing a young Libertonian man in a flight suit, short blonde hair and icey blue eyes, he was sitting in the seat of a Sabre.
"We have been monitoring this transmission, needless to say i find it...offensive that we are protrayed as parasites, we infact do NOT and i repeat do NOT consume massive amounts of Cardamine, and when we do, it's replaced by our own smugglers and then some, so i would suggest you kindly do some digging into other sources of information before assuming something.
For it may offend somebody even bigger than myself, Monty signing off.

First, to address the person intruding on this channel: Mirage 1 has deep-rooted Lane Hacker connections going back to a time when he saved the lives of an entire misplaced flight. Further intrusion into channels not directed to you will result in him using the fruits of those connections to find you and demonstrate his knowledge of poisons on you as a crowd of doctors watches and scribbles notes.
Now, to a far more important point.
An associate of ours has recently become gravely injured. You mentioned deliveries of workers. It would be very beneficial to all involved parties if you get those workers' blood tested at the docks. Any with non-diseased A-positive blood are to be offered a chance at freedom: they donate to an ailing Outcast, I pay for their freedom, transport to Freeport 6, and a free pass out if they're ever kidnapped again.
You, of course, will earn the gratitude of two highly influential families for assisting in such a matter.
Though I fully intend to have my own men gather all the supplies we can, it is more efficient to search a transport carrying thousands of people already coming to us than to go hunting for lone escort pilots and the like.
