I'm not sure if you've seen the latest fast and furious movie, but in that they use street racers to smuggle drugs across the mexico-US border.

I suppose there could be an unofficial faction created that uses only light fighters, and they race between rheinland and liberty doing smuggling runs. Have to watch out for both the cops, and be the fastest pilot.

I think what he means is if 3 people got really cool looking ships or something close to "cool" and just decided to race around in NY..

And the ships wouldn't be the fighting kind, it would be for show i assume.
