Seeing as this is a forum-related issue, should a moderator's point of view not be enough? Much as the server admins have power on the server that forum mods do not, their duties on the board are very nearly identical, if you bar obligations such as dealing with violation reports and the like. Therefore, it seems to me that a forum moderator's PoV should have as much weight as that of an admin in this case, unless an actual forum administrator (i.e. Igiss, Korrd or majkp) decides to step in.

Not really. Since what mwerte is saying is that an OP can selectively removed people from their thread. (Which cannot be the case since RedCrab's post is still in this thread.)

A Forum moderator can and will remove forum posts requested by the thread creator if the aforementioned thread creator is in favor of the forum moderator. Got it? Good, let's move on now.
