Today during a minor patrol in the New York system I received a distress call between the Fort Bush and the Manhattan trade-lane. Apparently an Outcast by the name "Guadalupe" along with a Mercenary who surprisingly enough used Corsair equipment but yet was allied to the Outcast, attacked a lone Liberty Navy Gunboat. I arrived to the scene alone but was later assisted by two pilots, one of them was Commander Casero.
Unfortunately the Gunboat had already received critical damage and had to evacuate its crew members rendering our ability to save the vessel itself useless. However, after a long challenging battle with several Ion Storms interrupting in between we finally managed to destroy the Mercenary when he attempted to retreat to Rochester Base. Then, an hour long chase after Guadalupe occurred with myself and Commander Casero right behind her tail.
After several desperate attempts to escape, Guadalupe managed to call in an Outcast Gunboat vessel to her aid and decided to fight back with replenished nanobots provided by the said Gunboat at her disposal. However, we countered this hostile reinforcement with our own and the Gunboat was shortly taken care of. Then yet another chase on the Guadalupe began but this time I would not let the Outcast enjoy wasting everyones time by achieving nothing, so I decided to time a Supernova to hit as the target decided to start its cruise engines. As you can see on the transmission-image being uploaded below, this plan succeeded.
Commander Casero jokingly said that he regretted even considering to deal with this Outcast since it posed no other threat than wasting excessive amounts of fuel. Sadly, I agreed.
A quick report due to a rather quieter week in Liberty during my shifts than usual. Our patrol consisted of LSF Tornado and LSF Michael Winchester along with Lieutenant Commander Casero, the San Marcos and the Iowa. At first, this patrol was a rude awakening due to a distress call by LSF Tornado of several pirates in 2 gunboats and a Sabre somewhere in Liberty. We found them in the Pittsburgh debris fields and luckily found them cruising off further into the field.
Later, the LSF agents found Mr.Wong in a pirate transport carrying what he called "Passengers". However, scans showed them in a confined space with no decency or luxury for the poor folk. With this, the San Marcos in a Mammoth, along with the fighters present, the dreadnought Iowa and the cruiser Vincennes took the passengers and dropped them off at the Missouri for further transportation later, with the full cooperation of "Mr.Wong".
Other reports include training sessions with Lieutenant Commander Malrone, the Aurora, the Massachussetts, and the Kearsarge Matt in the simulators with reports of minor pirate activity, however they vanished.

-Location: Norfolk Shipyards, New York-
Today the Dawn had an encounter with the Exile-Cassus.Belli, who wanted asylum in Liberty. We first met it at a lane, and had a chat about things. We then noticed a Phantom, Puzzle had come onto scanner range. We went to investigate, but as we grew near, an ion storm plagued our ship.
Once it was over, the Belli was right next to us. I asked the Phantom to leave, where he refused. Soon, all sides got re-inforcements. The Phantom, with assistance of a Rogue Gunboat, Be.Good.At.It and Merc, Curt.Remmert, engaged us. The LNS-Wedge, Lib GB, was the first to fall. It was down to my gunboat and a Guardian named xyz. We drained the Rogue gunboat of it's nanobot and shield battery stocks and nearly destroyed it, when it suddenly got a new stock of them.
I did a sweep of the stocks of all the ships in the area, and found the Belli's stocks were down, which were full from before the fight. The Belli was sharing group communications with the Phantom and Rogue. I called the Aurora and Thunderbolt in to deal with the Cassus Belli. The Rogue GB had it's stocks refilled again by the Belli. The Aurora and Thunderbolt acted on this, and ordered the Belli to leave. Without the Belli, and assistance from the LPI-San.Quentin, the Rogue soon fell. The Phantom then fled.
Because of this I suggest the Belli is to be shot on sight in Liberty.
Signed,
James Thomas

Nobody, I repeat -nobody-, whether they happen to have found themselves a Dreadnought or are flying around in a pack of fighters is to show any hostility to the Belli until the High Command makes a comment. It has come to my attention that regardless of his actions, during his stay within Liberty he has been repeatedly provoked by some of our 'regular' captains, attempting to push him into an engagement. Rest assured that his actions here will be investigated, but if anyone here so much as gives him the finger without the Admiral's consent, I'll tan your hide whilst you still breathe.
These orders, of course, do not apply to anyone who outranks me, but I'd ask that they take the context of the situation on board.
After a short holiday due to my heart acting up I undocked from West Point, and was suddenly thrown into combat with Jarek_70 (Databox record 1). After a short fight an LSF agent who was with me managed to give him a Supernova to the face. That should shut him up for a while, hopefully (Databox record 2).
I decided I wanted some peace and quiet, so went to Texas. Close to the Bering gate I detected a Rogue Freighter on my long range sensors (Databox record 3).
Once I was lined up next to it, I requested a response. Somehow, the ship suddenly jumped 5 klicks ahead in less than a second. I cruised to catch up, and made the demand again. He then jumped forward again. By then I had given him enough warnings, and destroyed his ship (Databox Record 4).
Then I headed back to West Point to write up my report.
Thats all for now, McCaleb out.

Report: The Destruction of the San Francisco and my imprisonment.
Yesterday, at approximately 2100 hours, a call went out that the Harvester 24, AKA Prometheus, was in New York. Immediately I ordered that Hades be powered up, and we system jumped from Texas to provide support. After a few minutes of intense scanning, he appeared 12k away, and we couldn't get a sensor lock.
However, due to the advanced sensors that have recently been installed (I used turret view to look for him and found him. He's big.) we managed to find it, and started to move towards it.
I ordered weapons to be charged, and we engaged the ship, which promptly started to run. We chased it into the badlands, where sensors were limited, and from there back towards Rochester base. Just before reaching the base, Prometheus fired off several EMP mines, which proceeded to explode and seriously cripple our reactor.
I ordered an evacuation, as Prometheus reappeared (undocked) and was moving towards us. Life support had failed, and I prepared to go down with my ship as the reactor started to overload.
However, somehow (not actually sure how to be honest, there was more powergaming in one night than I've ever been subjected to in 2 years) I was taken by nanobots onto the Harvester ship. The San Francisco proceeded to go critical, but before the LPI could stop the reactor from doing so, the Prometheus released Nuclear mines onto the hull, which destroyed the ship.
I was then strapped to some sort of bio bed, and that damned machine started prodding around in my head. I managed to take control of it for a bit, and boy is that thing a mess. Whoever wrote it's program needs to go back to geek school, becuase it was more corrupted than... well... anything really. I have a few taser burns on my arms and legs where it shocked me, but I managed to get it to release me via the link it had shoved in my brain.
Well, I got picked up by a passing HF pilot who seemed to be nice enough, but when we passed Manhattan I threw myself out the airlock in a pod, and made a safe landing in the northern ocean.
All of my crew got off the San Francisco safely, I'd like to personally thank the Zoner Juggernaut Saronsen for it's assistance with picking up my crew.
My crew performed bravely and excellently under pressure. I would like to commend them for their actions that day, which helped save the lives of their fellow crewmembers. All of the fighters and bombers and most of the valuable equipment was also saved. I would also like to commend the LPI for their assitance in the matter, as without them I'm certain I would have died on that day, as would many of my crew. Finally, to the LSF for their assitance in dealing with this matter, I also thank you.
Another good note is that Navy engineers on board the San Francisco's wing ship the Siege Cruiser Golden Gate, managed to board the wreck and salvage Hades undamaged. This is good news, as we haven't got a second copy of Hades at the moment...
I am recovering on Manhattan, but don't plan on being down for long.
(And the next person who powergames me without talking to me first will die a slow and painful death)
Report: The San Francisco is ready for service again.
THIS IS A CLASSIFIED REPORT FOR COMMANDER RANK AND HIGHER.
[Encryption started]
After the succesful activation of Hades, the San Francisco re-appeared in the California system. From there it was little trouble for me to pilot her towards Virginia.
A shame I had to evacuate my crew, and decieving the rest of New York was critical in order to lull the Harvester into a false sense of Security. Don't worry, we won't let him escape next time.
Repairs are complete, and we shall be back in active service soon.

Granting asylum is not my department, I can for the moment at least grant him a cease fire while me and my agents search his vessel and wait for the Navy to decide what they want to do with this ship.
