Cannot engage Nomads, Wild or Keepers except in self-defence....
why is this on the Outcast ID.. i dont see why it should be. i dont get it... Nomads should not get allied with anyone..
i have seen a number of times Keepers attacking Outcast players a random.. but we cant report them for that..
and the outcast around cant do anything because it is not self defence.. if we do we get reported..
i dont know what to call it but it is not pretty..
so i would like to see that removed.. dont say something about they are the outcast gods..if that is was your RP is cool.. but not for the Outcast try read the Planet Malta infocard

You can report them to me directly, I can deal with that (please supply screenshot proof as well). If those were "trial" characters (i.e. in morphs with trial ID) then they're violating own ID (they can act only in self-defense) and thus are subject to sanction. I would like to see where there was "randomness" so, please, send me a PM with screenshots. If there was a thing such as randomly and repeatedly shooting outcasts then violators will be dealt with, severely. But if it was an empty accusation I would ask for apology. Do you have anything to send me to prove your claims?
There been a lot of new outcast players who just recently got into the game and behave on "red is dead" basis, which in general for Discovery is incorrect. Therefore a little "stop" sign is there. We try our best to inform them, but it's not always the ears that can hear (like [RA] for instance, given the linguistic barrier), some are just itchy to shoot anything in sight. For most of the part all these things are being peacefully resolved, hence I'd ask it to be resolved peacefully here as well by providing all the necessary information rather than shouting and making a fuss around. Same cooperation I'd ask from the rest if there is a problem. I think we're all here players mature enough to resolve these matters though appropriate channels, aren't you too?
There is work in progress regarding all that Outcast/Nomad stuff (So that NPCs don't shoot each other and Outcasts can traverse non-guard systems), and a lot of technical quirks from game mechanics, so be patient.
There is no need to severely exaggerate the situation in such matter and making incorrect statements. I never express any hostility towards Outcasts on my Nomad, instead providing them support information, intelligence and scientific data, not to mention Liquid Cardamine for experiments, and occasionally offering military support in dire circumstances. Ask the factions around, ask their leaders for the start.
But it's understandable you're overreacting and thus exaggerating it all.
No, Nomads aren't gods to Outcasts, a rather common misconception around. They're seen as spiritual beings mostly, read relevant rumors and description infocards (which originate from vanilla game by the way). People upstairs know they're alien beings and know more on them than common folk, but for Outcasts to wage a war on third front with Nomads sitting so close at their very doorstep is a suicide. Hence uneasy truce. There is no alliance, mind you, but a complicated neutrality and occasional tensions, but neither side wants open warfare. Besides, occasionally Nomads help Outcasts with certain things related to research and experimental technology (Liquid Cardamine, Cardamine infusion and related terraforming experiments, and so forth), although it never happens though open channels, but you can find those puzzle pieces by digging stories around. As regards "Nomads should not get allied with anyone" I am afraid that is an utter oversimplification and mostly a very late comment, which serves no purpose nor beneficial for any side involved. It has also proven interesting twists and turns in stories of many players around, Corsairs for instance (see Elder Laowai and others).
As for the bit about a lot of Outcasts being Catholic: I can't imagine this extends to the Outcast leadership, who have made a conscious decision to be involved in trying to cripple Sirius with cardamine. But let's not get into religion here.

The pope also condemns abortion and condoms in AIDS-heavy areas. Duh. Besides, Outcasts believe Cardamine to be highly beneficial to humans, and who knows, maybe they are right.
I always wondered about where the rumor that Outcasts are catholic originated from, by the way, especially seeing Sirius as a rather nonreligious place for most of it (or at least, nontheist). Is it player RP? Is it written in some infocard?

I'm honestly not sure. I haven't bothered to read rumors in a long, long time. I made most of my Outcasts Catholic for various reasons, but by no means does the rest of the population have to be.

Malta's infocard says there's millions of Catholics amongst the Outcasts.
And why wouldn't there be?
If a religion remains whole for 2k years on Earth, it'd not be forgotten in diaspora as easily as you might think.
I'd not be surprised if all the major religions of today were somehow present, at least a bit, amongst the Sirius population.
And well, considering the Outcasts' origins, it's obvious that there'd be a lot of catholics amongst them.
