That would be for them to decide. After all, Rogues and Junkers are after the same bottom line, and that is money. I can't see the Junkers getting too pissed, after all... If they get the Rogues to take the contraband off their hands so they don't have to move it, while making a profit themselves, everyone would be happy.
But then again, the Corsairs might not take it so well if they find out.
You ask me why Im weary, why I cant speak to you.
You blame me for my silence, say Its time I changed and grew.
But the war's still going on dear, and theres no end that I know...
And I cant say if were ever...
I cant say if were ever gonna be free.
I was under the distinct impression that the Lane Hackers expedited the Artifact trade in Liberty via their commerical connections and interactions with the Hogosha.

By selling through the Hogosha, who sell to the Hackers at Leiden, who sell to the Rogues who make their cash at Rochester. The Junkers take it the rest of the way.
I don't think the Junkers would be too upset, there's a ton of other means of income and the Junkers have enjoyed it one-way for a while.

In vanilla they did I think. But nowdays the cardamine will have such a grip on them the Outcasts tell them to jump and the Hackers would ask "how high?" (InRP)
And for those that would disagree with that, go check the vanilla rumours. Seventeen years ago the Lane Hackers were starting to realise that they didn't just feel like they needed it. They knew they needed it.

Bingo
There can never be a relationship between the Rogues and the Corsairs without the rogues turning hostile with just about all their allies. The most logical explaination is as sprolf said here. Corsairs, Hogosha, Lane Hackers, Rogues. It's a messed up diplomacy though right? Possibly needs some rethinking. I'd like to think that the rogues have been cut out of the market in terms of Artifacts and now rely on their trade in Cardamine, Black Market Munitions and Light Arms. Their a bunch of smokin cannons the rogues so I wouldnt be surprised if they got bored with the whole artifact thing. Besides, artifacts are probably just pretty rocks nowdays as most of what can be discovered in artifacts has reached it's limit.
