I think the question is over how the "get out" thing works. Do they go and plunder another system?
What if they only have one character?

We had a bit of a discussion and I mentioned several times that reading the rules might help. He said he was off to New London to Pirate more stuff.
I picked the ignore option. I.E. Go and do what you want, I'm off somewhere else.

Does this point about 3 deaths need to be addressed elsewhere?

The ignore option is fine in that case. After 3 deaths, if buddy was to then post saying that he successful robbed another system after being killed then that person can expect a good roasting (both in-game and on forum). Posting like that basically forces our only response to be harassing the guy out of system and I don't like that idea at all. With that in mind, said person can find plenty of NPC pirating to do in systems beyond faction control such as the Omega's, Tau's and Sigma's.

Combat exercises with SA Osiris Interceptor were good for training purposes(1 win each).

Exeter encountered SCRA Albatross raider RACS M'zav'koh whilst passing through Omega 50.

Shots were exchanged and the enemy ship was forced to withdraw after being moderately damaged.

Repulse carried out defensive operations againt the Kusari in Leeds earlier.
Combined with new recruit Zepphos in a Templar, we rapidly eliminated several KNF Chimaera groups.

Patrol into Tau 31 saw several KNF Destroyer squadrons knocked out. We advanced into Tau 29 where tougher forces were encountered.
Repulse began experiencing electrical problems and our patrol pulled back to Leeds without further event.

Zepphos is proving to be a very professional and capable pilot and I'm sure will advance rapidly.

There I was, commencing patrols through BAF space. All being calm, I contacted my duty officer. I asked for permission to explore into Nomad space, possibly to gain some intel for the Cryer (that it?) on Cambridge Research Station. My request was granted, and I was provided with an escort wing. I entered the Omega-5 jh to... What the hell? Holy... Sir, I just came upon the most beautiful sight I've ever seen. Space, it's, pink, in some sort of a translucent way. ...This is amaz.... What the... Nomads!

Delta Wing, engage! Sir, try to home in on my transmissions *explosions* .. Hot damn, that one was close. Delta 4, do you read? Delta 4? We lost James, sir. Delta Wing, let's make a run for it. Maybe we can lose them in the asteroid field. Contact.... eaking up. ....ir? ......S...?

Patrol into Tau 31 was a little odd today. After reaching the Tau 31 gate in Leeds, no Kusari ships were present. Neither were any present on the other side of the gate, where they usually gather in large numbers. Holman Outpost was a little different however.

Four fleets of Kusari Chimaeras, four Kusari Gunboats and one Kusari Destroyer were all dispatched. I then retired back into Leeds due to equipment shortages. All prisoners handed to the Police for processing. Generally a successful patrol.

erm.. this is gonna be the most unusal thing ever reported but we appear to stumbled across some time annomlie in the tau systems what seems yesterday we were patrol when we apear to of stumbled across some weapons test when we destoyed the ships invloed ( 1 destoyer group with fighters) a large explosion happen and boom were here serval weeks later my crew and i will be taking some leave to catch up and then be back in service

Exeter was called back into Cambridge today after Corsair Gunboat [Brotherhood]Mantis damaged SFGB FireAnt.

Communications were noted between the pirate ship and [AW]Alarien. It appears that the Corsairs have allied with this group of "Zoners".

Exeter engaged the Corsair gunboat when it was discovered attacking friendly vessels near Planet Cambridge. While we were targetting the Gunboat, [AW]Alarien(Rheinland Bomber) began hitting us.
Outmaneuvered by the lighter ships, who were operating as a team, Exeter soon began taking damage. We made for the sun corona in the hopes of evening the odds a little.

Fortunately, SFF Zepphos was able to join in support of us near Battleship Norfolk. Both pirate ships began targetting Zepphos, who was quickly damaged.
The battle continued toward Planet Cambridge, where the bomber's shields were eventually knocked out. The two pirate ships then fled the system, the bomber pilot later ejecting from his damaged ship. I wonder just how many of those bombers the AW were able to steal from Rheinland.

Repulse was called back to Cambridge after SFB Beta3 and SFFG Exeter were both knocked out by pirate gunboats [AW]Denicalus and [Brotherhood]Mantis. [AW]Alarien had previously been driven away but the combined firepower of the enemy gunboats proved to much for the defenders.

Repulse arrived to find another pirate fighter, [HF]-Vulture, in combat with SFF Zepphos. A missile barrage from Repulse was able to knock out the Lane Hacker and we turned our attention to the gunboat raiders.

Minor damage was inflicted by repulse on the two Gunboats and she was faring well against them until an Outcast Destroyer joined the fray. [Outcast]Diego.Lopez knocked Zepphos out of the fight and then joined with the gunboats in attacking Repulse.

We managed to inflict moderate damage on the Outcast Destroyer before the hull breached. We were forced to abandon the battle and undergo repairs.
