I had the same problem with IMG guard repping. And in the end, it didn't lock in, that is, it didn't start to glow. Anyway, give me your char name and I'll send you the cash. No refunds needed.
I believe I have read about it earlier, and that it might have something to do with another faction being above it, and not yet visible... however, you don't NEED Guard IFF, as long as you have regular IFF and Guard ID.

I make money with my trader char and then /givecash to my other chars to keep paying the expenses.
So better setup your trader first.
Everyone ? I don't. I have two characters, both BHG|Core, one a bomber and one a GB. I solely make the money for those characters with those characters. Takes longer, but is satisfying in an RP way to know that the characters are selfsustaining. And in a sense its taking literally the BHG| Code of Conduct recommendations of playing your characters completely seperate .
As for the repstatus problems - /droprep is your friend, albeit an expensive friend. When I was repfixing my GB character, it took 8.7 million credits worth of /dropreps, to get the BHG Guard faction to flash yellow.
The repstatus list shows only the factions you have met with the character. When you are repfixing by doing missions, you kill someone - Their deaths will affect how other factions look at you, INCLUDING those factions you haven't met who might be allied or enemies to those you kill.
That means even if you have only 4 max green factions below the BHG Guard faction, you can risk having to do 8-10 /dropreps to get the BHG Guard faction to the bottom of the list and flashing - Because internally the game still keeps track of how factions you didn't meet yet, feels about you based on your kills and a lesser degree your allies.
If you have a lot of max green factions in the list, it pays to go and kill some of their supply depots or npc's just to get them under max green, before doing the /dropreps. Just don't do it somewhere you plan to visit soon and often, since stations tend to have a (local) memory for some time and will fire upon you again if you revisit soon after having done the evil deed.

Somone can help me ?
sure i will help.
You call a friend over. He looks at your tag. It will be something that is not on your list.. you drop it.. and keep doing it.. Till the BHG Core tag takes place.
