817 AS Today I stopped a GMG transport captain at ft bush, who was clearly carrying prisoners from LPI Sugarland for lawful purposes. It was very nice of him to help. However, an LSF gunboat by the name of =Flare= somehow got the impression that the ship was carrying slaves! He then ordered the captain of the transport vessel to JETTISON all five thousand people into the vaccum of space... My response was quite obvious, I made sure that the transport made it away safely. For some reason =Flare= thought LPI took orders from the LSF, clearly he is mentally unstable. This became painfully clear when he opened fire on me. The battle was long and difficult, but eventually he was taken into custody.

Subject: Patrol Report
Undocked from Manhattan and received a report of a freelancer lost in Kansas. I informed the tipster that I did not have any navigational data for Kansas, and headed to Texas to uphold the embargo. Wasn't long before I encountered a Junker in a Border Worlds Transport with a hold full of slaves, callsign S.T-Omen. I told him to release them on Houston, but he managed to escape into the trade lane before I could down it. I chased him into Bering, but was forced to break off pursuit at Freeport 2. I returned to Texas and let the Rheinlanders deal with Omen. Other than that, no incidents.

At the start of my patrol I responded to a distress call of pirates in california. There appeared to be 3 of them, up against an LSF agent and a navy assault battlecruiser. The LSF agent's scanners confirmed that one of the pirates was AN AUNT BILLEH and so we opened fire. 3 more pirates joined in, plus two gunships. The gunships went down quickly, but then the battlecruiser was taken out by the hordes of bombers. Shortly after that the LSF agent went down.
Then it got fun. I charged full power into the oncoming formation of pirate bombers and VHFs, and tested my new "toy". I had recently rigged the ammo chamber and feed belt from the cannonball launcher into the chainguns. (Did I forget to mention I had them installed on my liberator to take out armored vehicles on planetary surfaces?) Anyway, a few screams and ALOT of spiraling red vapor trails later one of the pirates had his mine dropper malfunction, causing a chain reaction with all the missiles in the air reducing all but one of the ships to space dust, who quickly took to flight after jettisoning his soiled undergarments. Unfortunately in the firestorm my guncam was damaged and only 2 images were recorded.
After Captain Riza Williams resignation, I have taken over the R&A division. Any Sergeants or above who wish to join, please let me know and we'll get you in a ship. Early applicants may get command of one of the sub-divisions of the branch.

I wasn't aware that there was a specialized wing in the LPI, but now that I know there is I'd like to apply. Patrol Report, 09/09/817
After taking off from Ft. Bush, I got informed of a trader carring cardimine in New York. I went to investigate, but I found no proof of this, because the trader has left Liberty space. On my way back, my sensors picked up unfriendly spacecraft near the Norfolk Shipyard-Ft. Bush tradelane. By the time, Navy and LSF forces , a Freelancer by the name of "Valentin.T" and "The Boston Cream" was allready present. Opposing forces were 2 Outcast ships, "Atlantis" and "ajaba", and a Lane Hacker bomber, "SeaEagle".
The pirates opened fire, so as self deffence, we fired back. 2 Bounty Hunter ships arrived as support, unfortunately they were taken oout really quickly. A Freelancer, " Mark"Kid"Decker" joined in as an assist for the pirates, later on he was taken care of by LSF agents. After losing both BH ships and Valentin.T , lawfull forces arrived as backup. LNS-VioletBlade took out the Outcast bombers, while "The Boston Cream" and me went after SeaEagle. However, he was good at running so I decided not to chase him around.
Just a few mintes after taking off from Ft. Bush, I've been contacted by a trader who was being attacked a Liberty Rogue. I've sent the closest LN patrol there, and headed out to the location. The Boston Cream joined me on the way. By the time I got there, the Rogue got scared of the approaching ships and fled.
While I was heading back to New York, I got a message from The Boston Cream about pirate activity near California Minor. It was the same Lane Hacker I met the day before, "SeaEagle", but this time , he got a different wingman, "turmon". The Navy gunboat Cond0r arrived in the meantime and took care of turmon, while I was after SeaEagle. Eventually he ran away again, with "The Boston Cream" and me following him. Once he got into the Ice field, I decided that it doesn't worth it.
After this, I went back to New York, where multiple hostile activities were allready underway. I went to investigate a Rogue at Planet Pittsburgh, but I found a Nomad Morph, calling himself "Kroot" instead. Without a single shot, I was able to get him out of New York, but a few minutes later, he came back through the Colorado Jumphole. [Navy]Cond0r came with me as assist, and after some persuading, "Kroot" left New York again. This time I've followed him to make sure he leaves Liberty space.
As i took of from Ft.Bush, i started my patrol by scanning ships as they went by as usual. After about 10 minutes i found an outcast bomber and gunboat moving along. I asked their buisness here and I was told they were pasing through, they left the system with no trouble. After that i came across a rogue, who did NOT leave the system, until i chased him out of it, i hooked up with navy officer McDonalds and we chased him into the seirra ice field, which i and McDonalds turned back upon reaching. We headed back to new york. At first we'd found an outcast bomber which refused to leave the system, we opened fire and the bomber was destroyed at my hands. Heres the proof, the first proper kill with my old libby.
Later on when we found an outcast destroyer, officer McDonalds engaged after the destroyer did not leave. I also engaged and the LNS-Violentblade, a liberty gunboat, joined up with us and also engaged, after 20 minutes of fighting my ship was destroyed, well badly damaged anyway, so i am now, waiting for it to be repaired, i was also told that the destroyer was infact killed by officer McDonalds and the violentblade.
Just before i go, I would like to apply for the LPI SWAT teams, pretty much for the exact reason i join the LPI, i would like to protect liberty from those crooks in gunboats and what not. I will wait your reply,

Today was quite a day. It started when I walked to the launch pad and found a injured puppy. How sad. Unfortunately, it died before I could bring it to the vet.
While I am doing that, I see an anomaly on my radar. Turns out to be a Corsair ship! I immediately call for backup as plasma fire shreds apart my gun cam.
Unfortunately, my Patriot was no match for the corsair, and I find myself floating in an escape pod soon after.

Well, today there were several patrols but I would say the most eventful part was where three cardamine smugglers were detained in Manhattan orbit. Swat teams boarded the vessels, shot some kneecaps and burned the cardi. two of the smuggler's ships were destroyed, one agreed to pay the fine but disputed us having any evidence against him. I will upload said evidence at the end of this report. Along the way a couple slavers and another smuggler were fined along with several trade lane part smugglers. Total fines collected estimated at around 15 million credits.
