because basic bounty hunter will use the same bomber/gs/gb against hessians in dresden as core pilots against order in minor...
so when you balance the ships to be good against order, they can be uber against hessians... (example)
and explain things about self defense stance to systems that are almost daily invaded by hunters (not only core) gamma,41,theta sometimes alpha...

jinx to the outcasts. is only matter of time until CORE realize in rp, that outcasts and nomads are not enemies, and then i think CORE will target aslo outcasts more as now. so again. balance between they two factions...
Yes and no, regarding the basic hunters. Sure, of course our smaller ships are going to be used by our non-Core brethren. But the whole point of this topic is the CAP ships - the Dessie, the Battlecruiser, and the Battleship. (Looks at thread title - BHG Caps discussion) We're not TALKING about the Manta, Bomber, Gunship, or Orca.
One thing I've found when flying my BHG cap ships is to NOT let the target get below me. That's just a quirk of the ship. If the target is below you - you're (to be polite about it) screwed. You can't hit squat down there with enough firepower to matter.
So - fly the ship such that it can fire with the big turrets, and it's an impressive piece of machinery. Just keep your finger on the reverse button, or EK and thrust - keep turning. Lay that ship on its side (if such thing applies in a zero-G environment) and it's beautiful. Still gets blown up a lot, but it's beautiful when you can whack with every single turret.
