Apparently annoying the Junkers in Omega 15 wasn't enough.
Now whoever is in command of RNB|-Megavolt has decided that annoying the Bounty Hunters Guild is next on his list. Imagine my surprise when I woke up and looked out of my quarters window and saw a Rheinland Battleship sitting about 300 METERS from Rostock...
My ship scrambled, and in light of the recent notices from your office, my crew called for back-up.
Seriously - how DID this guy pass even the most basic psychological screening for command?
Having a Rheinland Battleship sitting that close to MY base is one thing - since that effectively means he's violating our soveriegn territory.
Having a Rheinland Battleship blowing the crap out of my ships is quite another. We'll try to salvage what we can of the hull for your breakers. However, I'm not sure there will be much left. I suggest that if possible, you might see if his crew would consider mutiny - that will protect their lives. The captain - he's going up against a wall.

Sehr geehrter Herr DeVirgo,
since the High Command is currently not available for this issue, please understand that I will be your contact person for now, since I lead big parts of our fleet in abstinence of the High Command.
We know about this renegade ship already and are working on a solution to get this insane Kommandant to a court martial, but he is hiding his ship in the nebulas at the borders of Rheinland most of the time. We do not want to lose an expensive and superiour battleship like the Megavolt, which is a fine piece of Rheinland technology.
Only the Kommandant and the crew need to get arrested and the ship returned. At this moment MND task forces are searching for this ship and a way to end this situation.
