[color=#33FFFF]HORUS was founded by Finley as a last hope that he will assemble a strong enough support task force ready to support the Order primary fleets whenever they need it. This never actually happened as he wanted. He did start building up a task force a week before the fall of Toledo, but since the time was short, it all ended up pretty bad.
Unfortunately Finley was in a Top Secret mission in Omicron 99 during the nomad attack. When he finally got back home, everything was destroyed and his fleet admiral, Golanski, as well as his second in command of HORUS, Tyrael Johnson, were both in coma. As if the situation wasn't bad enough, he couldn't find all Horus officers, which he assumed they were M.I.A..
HORUS was almost destroyed but Finley didn't give up and started rebuilding it brick by brick. In three weeks he found around a dozen of men who wanted to join.
Soon, Tyrael woke up from his coma, but a few weeks after, he left HORUS and joined the 141 task force. Unfortunately a month later, he disappeared.
In time, agents came and gone, while the relations between HORUS and the other Order fleets were getting tense.
Lately, the agents began acting like a team, which made things easier. Another interesting fact is that a newcomer, called John Nox, claimed to be a good friend of Tyrael's, so he came to take his place for the time being. Although Finley had his suspicions, John proved to be what he says, so he soon became the second in command of HORUS.

[color=#33FFFF]The HORUS task force is a designated fleet for deep reconnaissance and support. The primary duties of all HORUS agents are to aid all Order agents no matter how and to provide the Order with as much intel about possible threats as possible.

<span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:100%][color=#FFCC00]Commander
This is the leader of HORUS and only one may have this rank at a given time. He is responsible for all the agents and for all events within the task force, ranging from mere promotions or training sessions to special missions.

[color=#FFCC00]Colonel
The second in command of HORUS, this rank is given to that which presents itself as the right hand of the Commander. The colonel is usually responsible for everything within the task force while the Commander is off-duty.

[color=#FFCC00]Lieutenant Colonel
This rank, shortly named Ltc, usually represents a supervisor for the majors and sometimes one with enough experience to guide the ensigns.
(May use: Fighters/Bombers/Gunboats -/Capital vessels if permitted by the High command)

[color=#FFCC00]Major
As tertiary commanding officers, Majors are usually responsible to oversee all agents of lower rank and guide them.

This is the obvious, lowest rank, officer of HORUS. All agents are equal and must listen to those with higher ranks. Their duty is to fulfill the goals of HORUS.

These are recruits. New, fresh blood which may or may not be added to the whole. They must undergo a small trial period to prove themselves.

Mind to answer me why you copied about 90% (from PoV) of the 141| info & recruitment threads? Because they are rather similar to each other and I am not the only one who noticed it from what I heard.
