Please don't argue that there is no bounty against you and threaten to report the attacking player. If you are sure they are breaking the rules then discuss it in private chat and then file a violation report. Don't do it in system chat.
Note that the tag of your ship has been renamed as you are not a member of the Black Dragons player faction. See their recruitment page to join them.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban.

Alright, I do admit that I was OOC, and I was foolishly threatening reporting him. However, I am part of the Black Dragon Society, but I had just failed to post the ships name in the roster, and I was unable to inform the other BDS about the new ship because I was in School.
As for the violation of 3.3, I did not say there wasn't a bounty against me, as I was just inquiring whether it was a personal bounty, a RP motivated bounty, or a Faction bounty against me. It's not the first time a player has attacked me without and official bounty proclamation.
However, I do accept the 3.4 abuse.
In short, I accept all of the accusations, except the Name Tag. I am part of the BDS, and the others know do know about it.
Update: I also noticed that you removed the tag off my other Character, [|]Hitoyoshi, which is indeed registered to the BDS, can can be found in the BDS roster and in two BDS roll calls.
While under the circumstances it might be tempting to disavow all knowledge, I can confirm that this player is part of the Black Dragon Society. It is not necessary to remove the tag.
We're in the process of a roll call and there was some confusion as this charactar had not checked in for some time.
Currently we're revisiting this internally and our members all remain committed to the highest standards of RP and lawfulness (though, lawful only OORP).

Yes Aftyn is in the Black Dragon Society, like JRawk said we're doing some restructuring and he wasn't up to date on our roster. So when I was informed of this report and didn't see him on the roster I assumed someone was tag stealing. As it turned out he was just away for a couple days and as soon as he logged into skype he confirmed that the char was one of his. Sorry for the confusion.
JRawk has just become one of our faction leaders, which is also something that will be updated on our new roster.
As far as the sanction I'm sorry that this happened, but we're doing everything we can within the BDS to see that this doesn't happen again in the future. Aftyn has up till now done a good job in both the BDS and the AFA and we're not going to be asking him to leave due to one mistake. We all have a bad day every now and then.
