I noticed earlier an admin removed the ESS from your name. It seems that somehow the ESS found its way back on.
As it doesn't seem like that would be the sort of thing a clear thinking individual would do I took the liberty of assuming that someone has hacked your account and jailed all of your ships until we can untangle this mess.

Agreed and much appreciation for your effort Dusty. This player in question has been one of the reasons our faction's name has been drug through the mud and we are trying -very- hard to clear our name.

In the past few weeks with the hustle and bustle of the server the admins never got round to validating my account as well as I wasn't playing Freelancer in the weeks before this jailing notice; myself being on holidays.
I found out that my brother was playing under my name during this time and, from what i can tell, he broke some amount of server rules and damaged the reputation of the ESS.
I sincerly apologize for the damage caused by his actions.
The character names that i had during this time were: Cpt.Black.Jack, Cpt.Silver and CAPTIN.NEVER
What ? Does everyone have the same brother ? Or is there a pool of them to share around when needed ?
No one ever hear of passwording computer accounts ?
