Rusty.Bobez & Rusty.Bolt hae been sanctioned for the following:

Consequences: You know the drill, or should do by now seeing as how you have 3 days+ play time on your character. Fined all credits and guns, and notifications in your holds.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban.
I have to disagree with this sanction. All trader vessels that were destroyed were nicely talked to and asked to make a donation to us. Firing at us results the destruction of the agressor. We take the firing as a clear "no" to our donation proposal.
I suspect a trader with DSE or [IND] prefix has posted the violation report. As I remember, I was threatened with a ban right after destroying this trader. The reason we destroyed him - he thought it was smarter to pay us 150,000 credits instead of 1,500,000. He placed the 150k on the tab. I told him that wasn't the sum I requested. Then he cancelled the transfer process and started to run, yelling that he already had paid us. We decided to put him out of action and run away before the Navy got there.
Honestly, I don't see a reason for our sanction. There was a lot of talking before actions were taken. Please, review our sanction again.

For one thing - Dusty is merely the one who sent the pictures to you, NOT the one who filed the sanction report. I could have been the one to send you the pictures - ALL admins and moderators have access to the sanction reports.
For another - by posting those pictures, that makes it VERY close to being a trial by forum. We don't allow those on here.

"Hello", "You'd better stop", and "Pay now" are NOT demands.
And finally - no sanction is done by any one admin. Kuraine is simply the one who made the post. The Admins have their own Skype chat and sub-section of the forum where discussion on sanctions take place.

You've lost your mind.
Do not re-post the evidence given to you to spark a trial by forum. Chest beating and accusing the other party of poor performance makes for an extremely weak platform from which to justify your own actions.
The fact that you accused me of being the ship in question as further testimony to the lack of justification in your sanction is more amusing than anything else.
