I can think of several reasons why things could go haywire when there's two bases with the exact same names.

Though, I'm no techie and basing this of Medieval2 total war mod hax.

Inforcard names mean nothing, think about jumpholes.

don't say it will never go ingame, alot of your stuff is REALLY good because i read them (commenting takes to long....im lazy), i wouldn't be surprised if this went in game with a few adjustments with the rocks *i like that idea* to make it more geto outcast...ish ^_^
