It has come to attention of our command, that the SA has begun to attempt policing not only outside of their space, and into Megellan, but think they can do so with an AW ship as the target of their policies.
We will not tolerate even a threat against another AW ship, be it battleship, fighter, or trader. We have given the SA permission once again in Theta, and are repaid by the threatening of our ships, the chasing of them, and the attempted destruction of said vessel.
The SA have shown where they truly stand on the issue.
The SA and SF's access to Theta has again been revoked. And the courtesy of not maintaining a wartime zone of control will not be followed if war is brought to us again.
The SA attack our allies and call it the actions of a rogue. They also attempt to destroy an AW vessel in territory the SA does not control. Some might believe in these two coincidences, but not I. I see SA's leadership's incompetence in controlling their members, or downright condones these actions.
Already we have begun the relocation of a fleet to Megellan. If we are pushed again, be it against us or our allies, we will respond by the placement of wartime zones of control and the restriction of SA and SF vessels amid those sectors, a policy that will be maintained militarily. Also will be the immediate hostility between the two of us, as well as the invasion of Liberty.

You are a long way from home son. Any AW fleet in Magellan will be seen as a military buildup and treated as such. I don't care what reason you give as to why. Magellan is too close to MY SYSTEM and I will not be bullied, threatened, or coersed by the likes of you. As to the chasing of AW vessels in Liberty space I am unaware of such a manuver. Please be kind enough to elaberate. And do not threaten the people of Liberty with another unjustified war for the sake of your "allies" the HF. We have already struck an accord with them and it is of no concern to you. What would be your response to placing a large SA fleet in Gamma or Omega 41? What would you think? No fleet larger then 2 ships and no ship larger then a gunboat will be tolerated in Magellan. You have stated before that you do not desire war. Your actions betray you sir. I am open to discussing this further so as to avoid another conflict. If you desire peace then I look forward to hearing from you. Adamson out.
