Your missing the point. NOBODY there would RP wise harbor you, because they would all either hate you or in the case of the junkers, get hammered for helping you.

Technically I could ask for my GRN to have an admin repfix for the Phantoms, but that wouldn't change the fact that they should be hostile.

The Outcasts are hostile to literally everyone in Gallia. Technically, the Junkers might not shoot you, but they might, and they certainly wouldn't give you docking rights (they're a bit in the pockets of the Royal government, you see...). You couldn't dock anywhere, and all the factions with combat vessels would have you KoS. Gallia as a whole does not want cardamine, and is rather determined to enforce that. Not to mention that there's a number of sources citing conflict between the Council and the Outcasts in Omicron-80, as well as the Outcasts having a negative replink to literally every faction in Gallia.

It is certainly within your ZoI, and out of character you are welcome to try your luck. However, you are hostile to every single faction and base and should keep that in mind.

I remember seeing somewhere that the Unione Corse was interested in working with the outcasts to begin distribution of cardamine in gallia - it would make a great deal of profit for the Corse, as well as give the outcasts another ally.

No the Union Corse are rather xenophobic and don;t want outside competitors. Union Corse would want a bigger piece of the pie as it is. The Brigands, on the other hand, are the ones looking outward. They control 3/4 of the Gallic blackmarket and are looking in the direction of their neighbours. There is a rumour stating that already know of Outcasts, Gaians and Molly's and the potential markets.

my outcast is in gallia rite now actually, getting in was easy. I am only hostile to the lawfuls:cool:

So I figure I can RP trying to get Brigands, Maquis, and Council interested in cardamine as a way to cause damage to gallia itself.

BTW the NPCs go down nicely in my crow.

As I said, you are welcome to try. Council will shoot you on sight, which means the Maquis probably will too (speaking as the leader of the Maquis). Your best shot is with the Unione Corse or Brigands, who may at least hear you out- but I will caution you that even if your repsheet has you only hostile to the GRN, if you are attacked by, say, Council, you should shoot a CD at any nearby Council ships/installations since they should be shooting you as well. Actually, you should probably fix your rep to be Council hostile as they will shoot you on sight just as much as the Royal Navy.

Also remember that until you negotiate a deal with the players of the Brigands or Corse, you have nowhere to dock. The Junkers of Gallia are not the Junkers of Sirius- they will deny you docking to avoid getting blown up by the GRN or Council.

*imagines an outcast cardamine dealer emerging from a jump hole in galia, sneaking about to find a group of GRN fighters*

*low, whispery voice*
-' tsss.. hey! guys! .. want some orange dough?'

...

-' it'll make you feel like gods.'

...

-' the big ones are 50000, the smaller ones are 30000, and the tiny bags are 18000'

...

-' c'mon on fellas, give your local dealer some mumbo-jumbo ...'

...

*pew pew pew ... pop*

i disagree, I think that the Maquis are most likely to favor a cardamine trade because it will rot away the gallic government (from what I gather from the wiki).

There is no point in revolutionaries effectively poisoning the people under the rule of those they wish to overthrow. What would be the point in overthrowing the Gallic government at all if they did that? I realise the Maquis are terrorists - but they're still on the Council's side.

desparation? Think of the french revolution which this story is based on, it was a very desperate time.
