BHG|Moray-Jack.Daniels and Order|Will.Clayton have been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 16/12/2009 for:

Quote:3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.

Consequences: Fined 20 million, if it wasn't on your fighter we hunted it down and took it from somewhere else.

Notes: Take the nonsense to private, both of you, or it's duct tape across the mouth next time. You boys should know better.

First of all I would like to apologies, and I know what I did was wrong.
Secondly, to the guy that reported me, I wont mention him here. For one line of oorp, accompanied with //. For one line you take a SS and bother to write a report? For one line? You are either really really bored in your life, or have some issues with me. If you had only tried to talk to me, I would have gladly apologised for that line. But instead you go for the sanction without even saying one word. Go read rule 0.0. buddy, thats all I have to say to you.

Again, the mistake is mine and mine alone, and I hope it shall not reflect bad upon the Order| in any way.

This post is as faction leader. I'm disappointed by this. All the nonsense I've encountered in Minor seems to have rubbed off on us.

Our faction will therefore no longer enter Minor until further notice.

We have a feedback thread; my skype is freely available on the forums; our leadership is wide and well-known. It would have been at least somewhat courteous to let any of us know about this in advance. We are approachable. But that counts for nothing, apparently. Maybe I should make it clear - we have feedback for a reason. We are all playing here together.

Having said that, it's embarassing to see people wearing offical faction tags getting fined for stuff like this. It is never necessary to speak ooc, no matter what is going on around you. I appreciate Implosion's commitment to make sure this doesn't happen again.
