[font=Verdana]Greetings Commodore Robinson
The Zoner Alliance is currently looking into the series of incidents revolving around [color=#CCFFFF]Kawashiba Tomoe and the Liberty Navy, as she has recently applied and joined the Zoner Union of Independents just before her 'stunt' about Freeport 1's No-Fire Zone.
So far we've received her original com logs of today's incident along with her testimony.
As this is only one side of the coin, we'd like to ask for access to the com logs from your pilots about today, and if possible from the incident when she was still flying under the TAZ's flag.

Regarding Kawashiba Tomoe;
I will gather the relevant evidence and present it here tomorrow or the day after.
If that evidence is found to be lacking, there may be a few heads being bashed within the Navy, and I might have to apologise on the behalf of our officers. I am in full confidence however, that this will not be the case. If it is, so help me...

[font=Verdana]Greetings Mister Willows
My apologies, but the com header of your message doesn't indicate your acting rank.
Now first, thank you for sending us the com logs of yesterdays incident.
Together with Miss Tomoe's "NFZ stunt" they shed some new light into this situation.
Second, is there any evidence around about the first incident which caused the TAZ to be expelled?
From what we gather, the whole issue revolves around that event, and thus knowledge of it is considered to be crucial by the Zoner Alliance.
And last but not least, I'd like to ask for the ban on TAZ's vessels to enter Liberty to be finally lifted. They have patiently adhered to your decree.

Precursor;
Logan Willows is a sub-lieutenant. However, he did recieve exceptional permission to display his evidence on this channel, as I had since decided to take a nap.
Regarding the listed points;
About the evidence on the cause of this incident, the task of gathering that would fall to Logan's mother, Sarah Willows.
That particular incident is less pivotal than you think however, since it was almost literally the straw that broke the camels back. We've had instances in the past of TAZ vessels contravening our laws, be it by smuggling, infractions against Zone 21 and so on. I personally witnessed a transfer mid-battle between a TAZ ship and a Phantom ship a fairly long time ago, and such preventative action was a matter of time. Generally, the word of an Admiral (at the time) is more than enough to set things in motion, as you saw.
I will attempt to find visual evidence of the incident, but as you know, it is very hard to show conclusively that the contents of the regen bay were transferred from a non-combattant to a combattant, especially when attention is solely focussed on the combattants.
