This Xeno has a heavy accent, indicating he probably grew up in the Texas area. Through the thick accent, its clear this Xeno has a burning passion for what he does - As shown in his flying ability. Opting mainly for an Eagle, he's known to have taken down multiple officers at the same time.
Spotted mainly in Colorado, occasionally venturing out to New York and California, this Xeno is considered a top priority by the Navy.

Definitely one to look out for, "DeathAdder" is a notorious Xeno who certainly lives up to his name. Mainly lurking in the Colorado Silverton field, he regularly attacks foreign trading partners. His Eagle is a weapon of destruction, being able to destroy damn near anything that comes near it.
Advise extreme caution if trying to apprehend, he wont go down without a fight.

I've seen this Hacker once on my patrols, near West Point. Like most Hackers, he was a little chatty and confident in his craft. His confidence was well placed - I believe he managed to destroy one or two Guardian's before taking off into the Badlands.
Of what little I've seen and heard of him, I'd consider him a very serious threat if you came across him on a lonesome patrol.
[UPDATE]
LSF intelligence reports that the pilot of this ship, Alan Moore is more than likely cousin to a known Hellfire Legion terrorist, Jason Moore (Deceased).
Officers report that this criminal has been sighted with Alpha targets Blue.Raven, Be.Good.At.It, along with many other known criminals.

Relayed to my via Commodore Robinson, this Zoner apparently hacked our secure frequencies, as quoted below:
' Wrote:One thing of more concern to us is that our communications relay was hacked by a Zoner, a man named Paul E. Tibbets who is captain of a Zoner gunboat, the Enola.Gay. That is a criminal offense, and proof of this hack can easily be supplied. Until further notice however, that particular Zoner is considered a criminal by Liberty.
He's considered a low military threat, however officers are ordered to arrest this man and his crew, confiscating any and all computer equipment aboard.

Commonly seen lurking in California and raiding New York on occasion, this criminal is considered to be heavily armed and armoured. He's known for his quick temper and happy trigger finger, a trait of the most notorious pirates. With eagle-eye aiming and enough armour to absorb a mortar, this gunboat has destroyed dozens of Navy and civilian targets.
This pirate seems quite organised with strikes against Navy targets, especially with Blue.Raven as his wingmate. Together, they are a force of nature, only to be taken on by a skilled bomber wing - No other type of craft has shown success in destroying the pair. Be warned, eyewitness' report of triple razors decimating most poorly trained bomber craft. These reports are quite outdated however, so a current weapons configuration of the craft is unknown.
If seen, all officers are advised to report the location and await heavy backup.

Destroying Lieutenant Will's upholder and a National Guard ship, this gunboat captain certainly has a quick temper. I wasn't particularly happy having to leave my escort duty to deal with this pirate, however he provided little challenge to the Indiana. Mounting two or three battle razors, the rest being faster firing turrets, this gunboat is classed as a medium threat to fighters/bombers and a low threat to gunboats and capital craft.
I severely damaged the gunboat, as detailed in this report. He was last seen fleeing into the ice fields of California with a severe coolant leak.

Haven't had the best encounters with this freelancer mercenary - He and his friends blew up two siege cruisers before fleeing into the badlands. I know little else about him, but consider him armed and very dangerous.

Curt Remmert has been known of helping out the Liberty Forces in the past, so his turning to the unlawful side is unusual. From his words and actions recently, he may have acquired a mental illness that has sent him somewhat insane. It is unknown if he has passed or still has the illness, as he has not been sighted in Liberty for quite some time. He seem's to claim that the Liberty Navy has 'betrayed' him. In actual fact, he was caught sneaking in to Zone-21 and refused to leave when asked, multiple times. This so-called 'betrayal' has led him to assist phantom pilots and Liberty Unlawfuls.
He is also known for working with Ageira within the R&D section for a time, and the Rheinland Millitary in the Nomad War (exact time unknown). However, Curt has also assisted lawful forces in combating Nomadic creatures, who he seems to exterminate with extreme prejudice.
Due to his unstable mental state and resulting sporadic, if an officer comes across Mr Remmert, I advise he be arrested and watched closely.

Caught smuggling Cardamine by Commodore Robinson, he managed to evade apprehension and go on to destroy a BHG gunboat aiding Liberty lawfuls by attempting to stop several smugglers.
His ship is moderately armed and armoured, backup would likely be required if facing the criminal in a bomber or fighter.
Destruction of Government property - Forty five counts

An extremely dangerous ship, most likely commanded by high-ranking members of the Hellfire Legion, this ship should be avoided at all costs. If deciding to challenge this foe, you'll need a helluva lot of backup in the form of heavy anti-capital craft.
Intel (and simple physics) indicates that this large ship is unable to rotate around any axis with great proficiency. Thus, Liberty Siege cruisers can seriously damage this ship if more than one is present and given a skilled captain is behind the helm. The forward gun and other long range weapons can be utilised as the colossal ship is turning. It should be noted that the Ven'Gyr has devastating Mortar technology, which will seriously damage any capital ship that can't dodge the slow moving projectile.
Usually seen in California and lurking in Magellan, this battleship is the pride and joy of the Hellfire - So they'll protect it with overwhelming force.
