Thakiller has been sanctioned for:

5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any
hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a
player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.

Consequences: Loss of your guns, and the few credits on the ship. And due to the fact you are a Corsair,
you are most definitely not welcome in Liberty. The local authorities towed your ship back to Crete.

Why, i tell you what happened...

In leeds, (i am an corsair gunboat) were 5 bretonia armored forces arround me.
and there was a pirate.
I was already busy with the armored forces (which are online players too)
he says 1 million cr or i open fire 10, 9, 8 enz.
I shot 2 battlerazors on him, he was dead (and he say to me) you're reported. I apolgised and i told him that I won't do that again. But that he doesn't need to disrupt me when i am in a fight

What happened: he reported me (all my credits are gone 40-50 million) my ship is removed, all my stuff is gone. (now i have to start over again) played 3 months !!!
I hope an admin or someone will reply.

40-50 million ? I don't think so sir ... 1.7 million is much closer to the truth.
And could you supply some screenshots to back up your version please.

to pull the wool over my eyes. Especially after the minor inconsistency in the credit total.
We don't discriminate over age, nationality or experience here either, everyone gets the same treatment.
Just supply some evidence to counter the sanction, we'll look at it again.

You forgot to tell about blowing me (Keevan, Armed Forces) up to. I still don't know for what. I was nothing near the pirate, I was just in your firing range - you even had to turn around for firing at me. I didn't write something like "engaging", and neither did you. Don't complain so much...

(Heck, I was watching some people pirating last night, and their victim ended up sending ME the money, thinking I was part of the pirating crew because I was red to him as well. I had to chime up real quick so they didn't blast him...)

I was a witness to the event, the BAF tried to RP, the pirate in question responded with smilies and no/poor RP, then simply let loose with razor fire.

Further evidence received now confirms all of this ... The sanction stands as was first posted, and a further
warning is given for both infractions.
