Hullo,
In light of these incidents and accusations I have been placed as the Liberty Security Force to Liberty Navy spokesman, any complaints or queries from the Liberty Navy to the LSF will go through me, some replies will also go through me.
I require one thing off of the Liberty Navy, well actually a specific person within it. That person would be Willows, I would like you to apologise to Ms Wolfe, it is not my place to tell you to apologise but I am asking, if you do not then relations with the Liberty Security Force cannot get back to what they once were.
To the Agents within the Liberty Security Force, we will treat all Naval officers with respect and care even if they do not, we must set an example.
To the officers within the Liberty Navy, it is not my place to say but, if any of my Agents are not treated the way I have said they should act towards you it will cause friction, friction between these two great organisations is not good at all.
Now, we should all learn to get on and to set an example for each other.
Yoric "Tornado" McDonald signing off.

Captain, this has already been addressed. You will be happy to know that the LSF does its job quite well and that this matter was thoroughly investigated earlier in the week.
The report was already delivered to the Fleet Admiral and he has assured us that it is being dealt with.
It is not advisable that you involve yourself in this matter further, as it is of some delicacy.

Thie is Fleet Admiral Hale speaking.
The Liberty Navy has a proud tradition of having upstanding and well respected officers within our ranks. Part of that is a degree of professional behaviour, which has been expected of us, and more than delivered for centuries.
The Liberty Security Force are a group upon whom we rely. Often, they save our lives through their information gathering and operations, often extremely dangerous, in hostile territory. That, is worthy of our respect.
I'm asking you all, not ordering, but asking, as one human being to another, to treat those people who give us so much, with respect.
Deputy Director Wolfe, despite disagreements we may have has, I hope, come to appreciate the position those of us in the Navy are in. In return for that, I would ask that she especially is treated politely.
If there are issues between the two organisations, then I will handle them personally, through Mr MacDonald, or through Director Copperfield.
We work on the same side. We work together, and together we are strong. If each part of this machine does it's duty properly, then we are as a nation unbeatable.

Sender:Willows, Sarah - Admiral Location:Fort Bragg, Planet Manhattan Recipients:The Liberty Navy and the Liberty Security Force, especially Associate Deputy Director Wolfe
*Willows appears on the screen, looking stressed and sitting in some kind of office, in front of a large, black oak table.*
"Right, let me get this straight everyone, and I mean everyone.
I'm down here, on Manhattan, in Fort Bragg, even though I should be up there, aboard the Overlord, whipping some Nuggets in shape or responding to distress calls coming in from all over Liberty.
That, frankly, sucks.
And it sucks just as much that you're all doing this lame, frakking horse**** 'let's shake hands and be merry' approach.
It's not a goddamn long-term solution."
*As usual, she lights a cigarette.*
"I know a couple of things, and one thing I know is, that inside our own ranks, and by that I mean the Liberty Navy and Security Force together, there's been frakk all in terms of cooperation as of late.
It's starting to piss me off, almost as much as you, 'Assistant Deputy Director' pissed off Mac, but that's for later.
But that ain't the big deal, frakk cares whether I'm pissed off or not.
The big deal's what I've said, our cooperation sucks.
We've two branches of forces.
We've the LSF, who's responsible for what the LSF's responsible for, intelligence, internal security, and what he hell else there is ever.
And we've the Navy, responsible for waging a war, keeping the borders safe, and having big guns at the ready when the crap hits the fan."
*After inhaling deeply, she puts off her Admiral's hat and flings it to the side.*
"Now here's the deal.
Like Dave somewhat said, we want this thing here to work, we need to work together.
Now I think that if we shake hands here and do jack but that, all we'll have is what?
Words?"
*She slams her fist on the table, making it shake a little.*
"FRAKK WORDS.
FRAKK SHAKING HANDS.
FRAKK PRETENDING TO BE ALL NICE AND WONDERFUL AND FABULOUS OR WHAT HAVE YOU WHEN NOTHING'S THERE TO BACK IT UP."
*Now she puts the cigarette out and calms her voice, miraculously.*
"Some of you who've been here for a while will've gathered one very basic thing 'bout me.
I hate half-assed crap and half-assed solutions.
I want things to work.
I want them to work in the damn long run.
And I think that we, and that means YOU, the Security Force, and YOU, the entire goddamn Navy around me, I think that we can make things work in the long run."
*She lights the next cigarette, and continues, calmer than before even.*
"I've an idea.
And it's a daaamn fine one.
But before I share that one with you so I can, afterwards, continue to have my little chat with Captain Karlo, I'd like to get some things out of the way.
Now, I'll ignore our 'liaison' for now and adress you personally, Assistant Deputy Director Wolfe, as I understand your position, I understand your concern, I understand what you're trying to do.
And I think you want cooperation just as much as I, Hale, and everyone else who isn't a goddamn moron does.
So let me make the first step here."
*Now she clears her throat... for whatever reason.*
"I apologize if my tone and rudeness upset you and gave you the impression that I held no respect for your person or the Liberty Security Force as a whole.
And I'm NOT doing that because of Mister Liaison, I prefer getting to whoever's in charge right off the bat and doing face-to-face talk, or whatever's closest.
Anyway, you've been doing a good job from what I've seen, so you do have my respect, and I am sorry if I seemed to have none in your eyes.
Now, even if you accept that apology, we've still a problem I got to hear about.
Namely those goddamn accusations about my doing and my persona."
*She leans forward to the camera a bit.*
"I want to hear them.
From you.
For everybody else to hear and see.
So we can get this out of the way and move on to work on our collective lot's problem, 'cause, if we don't, regardless of whatever went on behind my back, the 'issue' might still leave a sour taste in people's mouths.
So let's hear it, and then we'll move on."
Admiral Hale sat in his Fort Bragg office and waited as his comm screen turned itself on. Leaning back in the chair behind his large mahogany desk he lit a cigarette and let it hang from his lips, a thin trail of smoke rising from it's tip to the ceiling. The video started to play.
"God damnit Sarah"he muttered under his breath"this had better be going where I think it is."
The video kept playing and Hale leant forwards, resting an elbow on a mound of paper to his left.
"Brilliant, That's just... Brilliant."
A smile started to creep across David's lips as the video came to a close. He stood up and picked up a bottle of wine from under his desk, swung the door open and walked down the corridor to the office of Admiral Sarah Willows.
"Sarah, looks like you could do with relaxing a bit..."

Yes I agree our forces have become divided and this really does need fixing. We have threats on all of our borders and we need to work together to stop them being breached. The reason I flew off the handle so to speak was your tone in addressing myself and my beloved Security Force on the Rheinland Battleship breaching our territory. That is why I didn't think you nor the Navy High Command had any respect for me and my agents. I do accept your apology and I will explain why we decided to put you under surveillance. I had reports off two agents who's identity I will not disclose, that you allowed an Outcast to escape from them, there was photographic evidence to support this. You even disrupted a trade lane to aid in his escape. Now we are willing to over look this for now, I just ask in return you explain your reasons behind this.
I have always had respect for the Navy, even if I don't always show it. If it wasn't for the fleet we would all be speaking in Rheinland tongue. We shall work together and should any problems arise in the future we will all sit down at a table in a neutral venue and discuss it properly. That is all and I need to return to Liberty before the Order traces this transmission. That is all...

These Commander insignia's were losing their shine anyhow. That, and they didn't match my shoes...
But in all seriousness, I am honored to receive the rank of Captain and will do my very best to uphold the prestige and responsibilities that come with this promotion.
>Request for new cruiser commissioning.
I understand that several brand-spanking new Siege Cruisers have just come off the production line at Norfolk.
However, I've instead opted to request for an older, used Siege Cruiser. Currently under the callsign LNS-Memphis, the Captain has retired from duty and has offered me the position. If I have the go-ahead to captain this fine vessel, I'd recalibrate the callsign to [LN]-LNS-Florida - If High Command has no issues with that callsign, of course.
>Request for new Assault Battlecruiser commissioning.
Its also a well-known fact that Norfolk is currently near-completion of a high-tech Assault Battlecruiser for use by the Secondary fleet. Wouldn't it be better if this were in the hands of the Primary fleet?
Unfortunately, I'm not requesting that ship for us, as I'd rather have an older version of the battlecruiser. Another secondary fleet Captain is retiring from duty and I gave him a call when this notice crossed my desk. He's a good man and has offered the ship to the Primary Fleet.
The battlecruiser would serve as a backup database for both the criminal registry/database and the secondary fleet registry. Not only that, but it would capable of monitoring any and all data streams within the sector, providing crucial data on any possible threats.
I would be captaining the battlecruiser, with Lieutenant Jack Will as second-in-command. The ship would also be heavily armed and armoured, boasting an Epsilon-class armour upgrade (Four times the usual hull strength). Lacking any real marine-boarding power, this ship would instead be outfitted to the brim with the latest in computer equipment, data storage devices and communication arrays.
Commodore Robinson has already shown a keen interest in the proposal, hopefully the rest of High Command have a similar feeling. A suggested comm ID for the battlecruiser was [LN]-LNS-Groom.Lake.
