Associate Wilhelm Huxley, Prospects Group
As of today, Prospects Group associate Eric Fleete was menaced and attacked by Colonials for, and I quote verbatim, "stealing a Nyx fighter."
We assure the Colonials that, despite the recent outburst of unnecessary hostilities, the fighter's purchase was approved in advance by a station notary and payment was delivered for services rendered and goods received.
Hostilities must cease immediately if we are to continue beating back the monstrosity that is the Cardamine trade! I call on all subsets of the Independent Miners' Guild to put aside petty squabbling and face the true threat of the Outcasts. Do not forget that in the system of Tau-23, there is an Outcast asteroid base for smuggling less than twenty-odd klicks from the invaluable facilities of Java Station!
Greetings, i'm Colonial Remnant Flight Lieutenant Kaze Dagon and i was present at the events that transpired on T-44 and T-23.
I have already compiled a report with proofs of the misdeed and complete chat-logs and sent it to my superiors.
It is in their hands now. The IMG| will have a reply in short notice.
Ok , we have a problem. Actually Three to be more real. First is that you enter the Colonial Space without asking for permission. We can treat you as an hostile from the moment you jumped to the Tau 44.
Second , You know what happens to people that hinder the Colonial War Efforts ? By stealing those Nyx fighters you made damage to the Colonial Fleet. I see no paper on my desk about you requesting permission to have the Nyx fighter.
Thirdly and this is my personal favorite , you opened fire on Colonial Officer when they were already engaged by the Outcasts. You openly sided with the Sniffers against Colonial Officers. Only that my dear boy , win you some nice shots next time you are spotted by the Colonial Patrols.
And also , not to forget your insults against the Colonial Officers and trying to teach them How to do their job.
However , we are not as blood thirsty as you and we expect apologies to the Colonial Officers and also to return the Nyx fighters.

Associate Wilhelm Huxley, Prospects Group
As acting spokesman for Prospects Group, I appeal to your ability to think rationally in this situation. Let it be known, firstly, that Prospects Group uses official IMG papers in all transactions.
All hostilities resulted due to the first strike of Colonial forces upon a small wing of Prospects Group mining ships. We had no choice but to engage in self-defense, and opportunistic Outcasts decided to enter the battle shortly thereafter.
I and Prospects Group, however, must sincerely apologize for the rude and erratic behavior of one ne'er-do-well associate who was under the considerable influence of a large amount of cardamine at the time of his entry into Tau-44. It appears that, contrary to my knowledge, this associate had not submitted required documents and obtained notary approval prior to requisitioning the vessel from Sarawak Station. This member has since been apprehended per interior punishment guidelines. Note that Prospects Group looks down strictly upon such "sniffers."
Nevertheless, it is crucial in the future that Prospects Group be cleared to purchase a fixed quantity of Nyx fighters for use in resisting Outcast expansion alongside Colonial forces. The requisitioned Nyx fighter, for reasons unexplainable, cannot be found in our docking array at the moment; however, should an agreement be unreachable, you have my word as spokesman that the ship will be scuttled and the parts returned to Sarawak Station.
I hope, after reading over this addition, that the Colonials will reconsider Prospects Group's offer of partnership and camaraderie in these trying times...
Greetings, IMG R&D Syana Kyan. The IMG Defense Director, Ron Matterson already has a copy of my report that was delivered to the Colonial High Command, where you can access all required proof for you too have an informed opinion on this matter.
As to you, Wilhelm Huxley, i won't reply to lies with candure. The first one to attack was one of your own in order to protect the so called 'cardimine induced' thieve. I do have proof of that also in report. As for us shooting him, he didn't obeyed our orders in T-44, with illegal ID and papers at the time. Anyone like that is to be treated as a threat to the Colonial Republic.
And by the way, i also possess evidence that 1st Lt. Jess Phate was also insulted, so don't come and recriminate the hostile environment generated by that. And self-defense isn't shooting my Phyto by the back while both Colonial ships were focused on the biggest threat present, the MNS-Domination.
With regards to both,
Fl. Lt. Kaze Nelson Reidman Dagon.
