We aren't claiming it we are attacking it. And remember Igiss said we could attack homesystems now and push them out to another of their systems. At least thats what I think he said.

You can attack home systems not occupie, yeah home systems where off limits to Claiming due to the fact if a Faction lost there home system they would have no base of operations, or something like that

Originally, I thought the idea was that a faction had to lose all its claimed territories before the homeworld. But that presents a road block in this case.


Should just make it that a faction can attack any bordering territory, if a homeworld is taken than the losing faction just has to move it somewhere else.
