There were some questions about story for the mod, not for the clans. We are not the only ones who play Discovery, and those who install this mod for other servers or for singleplayer need some sort of story for the mod, not for clans.

That's why I've posted the proposal on Kusari-Bretonia conflict.

As for clan roleplaying, there will definitely be many illogical things about it. For example, AW controls both Outcast and Corsair systems, and we all know that corsairs and outcasts are enemies for life (and even for death).

We control their systems not their lives. If Corsairs and Outcasts want to kill each other let them.

You 'control' these systems only in relation to other factions. Outcasts or corsairs still control them actually, if we follow the original game status. Well, both of these factions have hundreds of thousands of pilots, no player faction can boast these numbers.

They can have a hundred million fighters and still not do much to any of us :)

They're the dumbest pilots in the universe, with the exception of the AI Auto-Pilot that controls the Cap ships, trains ans transports...

Very True, the only things that could change it would be to alter systems in Modding for Factions, but other people play discovery too.
So that Rulkes that out.

So the basic way to see it is that we work WITH the factions where base with not own them.

Ok: first: do not modify the the discovery with the factions. We will just role play.
second: about the 3 major powers YEAH World WAR IV, I mean Galaxy, i mean Sirius war I.
third: oh...... i wanted to be the negative char.... Darth Tzunami (i know it sounds wierd).
fourth: The role play story should include all and i mean ALL factions, not the major clans.

Thats what I said. But the story will focus more on the 3 majors, but still include the minor factions.

OK i came up with a motive of the Sirius War I. A super piece of equipament. A super good alloy, a rare metal for plating, a super weapon, cloacking devices, a super thruster, a super piece for mega(not super, mega) Thrusting speed, warping device, a hiper armor upgrade technology. Or most often case: power. WEll anyways quite a big list to choose from. :rtfm:

I'm already in the process of introducing a new class of dreadnought just for the upcoming Kusari/Bretonnian conflict.. *big, evil grin*

Should be ready for the 4.79 release, since I'll have time to work the hardpoints and HOPEFULLY change the god-ugly texture map on it.
