Ragnos has been sanctioned for:

5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any
hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a
player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.

I warned you in game yesterday this was a roleplay server, and to read our rules. This is an unfortunate
wake-up call.

Consequences: Guns and the few credits removed.

I hereby request a restoration of my equipment, ive taken alot of time to read all the rules now, and am fully aware of the next consequences and of the actions i have done.

I Am absolutely trying my best to keep up with all the (great and appropriate ) rules that the server has.

Yet again, i am sorry and are requesting a restoration.

Ive only been attacking enemies, that were attacking my contractor The Endeavor, a navy battleship who was helping me with my recruitment.
This was in self defence, they shot at me first, i cant remember all the names, but one of them was Joker. I started out firing at the NPC ships, after i shot some down, Some of the players attacked me without warning. My shields got downed and my hull was heavily damaged, i managed to fix with nano bots and shield batteries and started to fire back. As said, in self defence.

Please forgive me for my mistakes, it wont happen again, i promiss.
I love the server and the roleplaying part, and have not taken time in front to read the rules, i know have, and i will obey them. Please consider the restoration of my equipment.

What's the point of having a sanction and punishment if it doesn't actually hurt? There are consequences for your actions and/or inactions. Your consequences are to lose some stuff.

the point is that everyone has to learn, and i cant learn without anything, you guys took everything from me, i cant buy anything, cant sell anything, cant shoot anything, cant loot anything, everygame has a learning curve, and i know there must be a consequence, thereby i only request the restoration of my primary ship equipment, as a punishment, all money , ammo and cargo can be taken,

i just please want the weapon system, shield system etc back, so i can do escort runs with friends and yet to become friends.

And What have i done wrong ? being attacked at and returning fire in self defense is not against the rules right ??

What we have here ... is a failure to communicate...



You have been sanctioned for your actions. If you no longer have credits or weapons available upon a particular ship, then it is up to you as the person sanctioned to come up with a way to gain some credits. If that means that you have to then sell that ship for a less expensive one in order to be able to continue earning credits, then so be it. If you have some friends around that you already know that will loan or give you some credits, then so be it.
When we take your toys away from you, we are not in the habit of giving them back to you unless there is a compelling reason to do so. You have failed to provide a compelling reason.
