So, what are the house guns according to the tech chart? They dont say "LPI" or "RM" on them, just "liberty" or "rhienland". So what are they on the flippin chart?

Which I feel is reasonable. But I've heard from others that they consider House guns to be civilian tech, for example, Adv. Splitters as being Civilian Bretonian. I don't think that sounds right, though...
My suggestion is that, as far as house guns go, Class 8 and 9 weapons are Military/Police tech, and anything below that is House Civilian tech. For example, the Stealthblade Mk II (Class 7 gun) is Rheinland civilian, but the Hornviper Mk I (Class 8 gun) is Rheinland Military.

Doesn't matter, dawg. Just run around in your Bounty Hunter/Whatever with a bunch of Magmas/Vengeances/Splitters/Sunrails/Hvipers/FLamecurses as long as you don't mix and match them to the point where they will horribly collide with the rules and kill you.
If I'm not mistaken the Disinfector infocard says only "Kusari" and not "Kusari civilian", hence they are the KNF/KSP guns. Hogosha are allowed to use them according to the tech chart, as well as several others. The Dragons... well, they had the KNF equipment ever since vanilla so I see it valid for them having those guns. Needs to be fixed in the chart if you ask me.

Well, difficult subject one could say.
I know that RepEx got permission to use the Hornviper series of the RM. This would classify the Hornvipers as RM/RFP stuff. But i honestly don't know about the Bretonian/Libertonian guns.
On the other hand, someone must manufacture the guns, and if that isn't the Military/Police itself, are those who manufacture the guns then allowed to use them because they make them?
In a brilliant tactical movement, i charged backwards.
All of the guns say just "Kusari", "liberty", "Bretonian" etc.
So if you use this as argument then all are civilian. Which is off course wrong.

No they are not, the reason for this confusion comes from them being sold on a Blood Dragon base. Supposedly because Blood Dragons are ex-KNF, this is correct but they are ex-KNF from quite some time ago.
Anyway some GC ID holders in Kusari have been sanctioned for using Disinfectors in the past.
So instead in the tech chart it should just say that BD can use KNF guns if we are to keep it.
