2) Only official factions may complain, indies must make a SRP request.

3) The price of whining be raised to instant thread lock.

This is makes really no sense, cap ships are too weak already.
You can take down a cruiser with a few bombers in seconds.
So cap ships need to get stronger instead.

Better idea. If you start a thread and everyone says "you're a tard" you get posting rights revoked for n^2 hours, where n is the number of threads like this before the current one. So, you post something cluelessly, nothing happens. You post something else cluelessly, no more threads for an hour. Post lots and... you pretty much take yourself out of our hair, by not having posting rights for n*(n+1)*(2n+1)/6 hours where n is the number of times you fail to recognize that you're a tard.
