help me for the love of jeebus, i have lost my cod4 case but have maintained the CD, all keys online are bugged in multiplayer "keycode in use/ The server admin has banned you from playing" ect. is there a way to get my cd key code off my original cod4 cd???? is it hiding away in the depts of the files :S

Go to the store with your receipt and get them to call ActiVision. (Good luck with it though, I have no idea whether or not they would help.)

Unfortunately, if that is the case, there is not much you can do, except search for the case some more, or buy the game again.

Any other options would be illegal, and hence we would be disallowed from discussing them.

well, that sounds like my only option, dam me and my messy-ness-ness....im sad now, WELL, i've sent my brother down to the shop to get another copy hahahahahaaaaa! he has to walk....and i losse about 40-50 dollars...oh well, it's worth it for a game that is well...awsome.

may i ask the imputs of Call of duty modern warfare 2? do you think it is better? i though it was basically the same with diffrent maps and some new weapons....( graphics are the same, physics are the same (exept the ragdoll), and the perks are like cod4 with diffrent names.....)

Just get CoD6. Better than CoD4 by a long shot, i mean COMON, thermal scopes? Great. Heartbeat sensors? Pretty nice. AC130's? I cannot describe the awesomeness.

Pros:
Lots of MP Content, Enough to keep you occupied until the level cap of 70. Lots of camos, guns, attachments equipment, challenges and more.
Kill streak variety.
Story is Extremely Fun
Co-Op! Very fun.
MP: Generally fun, I'm enjoying it so far, (I like to unlock things so the need to get that AC130 emblem is keeping me here ^.^).

Cons:
Matchmaking: Although fast at getting you games. P2P (Bad host can ruin a game), Cant play internationally (If you don't party up with a European or so). Host Choice: Ex. It (IWNET) choose me a Canadian in a server full of New Zelanders as host. (Was in party with friend as him leader)
Cant play with same people. Ie. Clan Server or so. On WaW I always went to a server becasue the people were friendly and had a great server going. With no swearing or Racism rules and admins always on to deal with problems.
On MW2? It feels like Xbox Live all over again. Racism, General attitude of some players down right disgusting.
VAC - Doesn't Work at All.
Balance - Hold a Glock in each hand like John Woo and fire them in fully auto and their more accurate then some ARs at full auto! Not to mention the knives!
Spawn System is Still in the Gutter
Expandability - Money for More Content. Not like previous CoDs you can make your own or download them.


Good and Bad.
Game is still fun, I'm enjoying it.
