I'm sorry, this is complete nonsense. I showed up in the [IG]Masakari and sat there trying to talk to you CR for about 5 minutes while I was waiting for backup due to the huge number of GC/BD/Outcasts in the system. Not one of you ever spoke to any of us in the KNF. Not one.

I'll even post some shots of us trying to ask you to leave, you completely ignored us.

Here you see me asking for an explanation, and even one of the ]bd[ saying even they told you that you shouldn't be in the system. Even our enemies knew you were violating Imperial decree by being there.



Here we have the last time of several that the [KNF] asked you to leave the system. You can also see the first words finally spoken by the CR in Kyushu, and you accuse us of starting hostilities? Your very presense in the system was the start of hostilities.


As we see in the previous shot the CR originally attacked an Outcast (SOB Cool Breeze), and we originally attacked the ]bd[ (a gunboat). During that initial fight, this was said by the CR:


I'm sorry I don't have better screenshots, but I wasn't actually trying to take shots of the conversation, in those first shots I was just trying to show how many CR were in Kyushu (in the chat list) the day after being told to stay out of Kyushu for seven days.

I'm getting tired of random CR pilots lying about things every time they get into a fight in Kusari. "We were asked to come!", "We were just engaged, no one talked to us!". It's all nonsense. Why you couldn't even honor the decree to stay out of Kusari for just ONE day baffles me. The whole initial reason for the seven day issue was to keep things from escalating before Lotek got back since he was the one on our side that originally put together the deal with the CR.

Okay, people, please, as I said, the Kyushu incident is separate from the main deal because it was not anything the leadership approved, (edit:) or at least that I know of.
Discussing that particular incident is not useful in any way 'till we have all the facts.
One possible outcome is that the leadership didn't stop it, the pilots get away, and there's further escalation with Kusari, another is that they did a stupid thing, they get punished and an apology in order to keep neutrality is made, or we decide to stand firm and Kusari reacts, or some other thing.

The main point is, we don't have all the info and it's pointless to get into an argument at this point. Were any pilots above the lowest rank present there, I'd be telling a different story now, but as it seems, the highest rank there was First Lieutenant(which is a graduate from the academy), which doesn't inspire confidence into me(no offense, guys, nothing personal here).

So wait and see for now, hm? Nothing good can come out of a train of thought like this, and we've already filled 10 pages, a few of which we could've easily gone without, not that I don't enjoy all the fun of trying to keep us all friendly here.

This really is all about hating and nit picking at the colonials. I've played the same game before so don't try to deny it.

Not everyone on disco has the sames tact with the English language so leeway has to be given and at worst just ask that person to explain what they meant through PM's or whatever.

OC/GC/BD were not allies with CR. Was there a temporary cease fire? YES! The whole mess started with me having Pink in my cross hairs and if thing went well was going to end with him in them. The same is true I'm sure for Pink

As for the initiating of hostile actions:

The only thing showing more hostile intent than bringing Desi's to something that was between fighters bombers and gunboats is bringing BS's and Dreads.

Now no matter what this is all started in RP and should stay and end in RP.

Panzer was there in person, and I was there when he insulted the emperors name, and when he was shot down.

This is my last post in this thread as I feel it is just spinning in circles at this point.

My CR comrades weren't escorting. They were responding to a distress call. I'm sure that extraordinary circumstances do exempt them from the blame in this case. When someone cries for help because they're getting mugged and stabbed, do you go "Well, sorry, we're not allowed to help you. The people who own that alley are real prats and don't want us to go there," or do you go in to help? And then when the owner comes to shoot you up for trespassing, not allowing you to explain yourself... it all makes sense.

Where in HERE does it say you have to stay out unless there is a distress call. You were not to enter under any circumstances. I'm sure your leaders asked you to just avoid Kusari for seven days, what disappoints me is that none of you had enough respect for your leadership, our leadership, and all the hours of RP that have been put into this to just avoid making waves. It's disrespectful on so many levels. A lot of people are unhappy with how this turned out, me included. As was already stated, none of the original people on scene were leadership, none of you had the right to make decisions for your faction as a whole, and all you needed to do was just say "I'm sorry, we screwed up, we're leaving Kusari, let's get this fixed." How easy is that? Rather you made the conscious decision to completely ignore everything we said to you, and get involved in a fight rather than just flying back to Tau 23.

I was asked to bring the Destroyer, why you ask? Because the whole intention was to intimidate the CR out of Kusari, they were told here that they were not to enter Kusari under any circumstances for seven days. The destroyer represents a character of authority coming in to be sure that they leave immediately. I for one had no intention of having to fire a shot at them. In fact the only people I did shoot at were the two Blood Dragon gunboats and the Blood Dragon cruiser that showed up.

As I said, the matter will be investigated.
In the case that the pilots made the whole incident without Panzer knowing, and him finding out later and doing the only thing he could do, we'll see how we'll go about this, probably some sort of apology or 'stand firm' thing, in which case I'll also quest for a harsh punishment for the offenders, and Kusari can do what it wants.

In the case that Panzer told them to go there and do what they did, then, well, I believe I shall find myself apathetic to the Republic's advantage in this particular incident and resume my I'm-just-playing-the-game attitude, or more.

In any case, see you in a bit of time, till I know what is and isn't.

and to add, pilots who did this, like I said in our chat, when you fail, you fail big. At least you do things spectacularly.
Disappointed, that's what I am, to say the least. Not angry. But disappointed. And yes, I know that's the line your mothers feed you. (:P) Look to our chat to know what exactly 'disappointed' constitutes and why it'll turn out bad for some people.

I would like to ask you to stop posting right about now, before we all regret it and, what's important for you, before you regret it.
Now, to keep this new-found zen attitude of mine, I will not make any threats or yell at this point in time, but I'd very much recommend to you that you do not post here, as you do not seem to be employing intelligence while clicking the post button.

the RP with the BD, GC, OC, and all of that before the Kusari lawfulls decided to come and engage, was purly Brilliant, and rather enjoyfull... untill again, the Kusari lawfulls came in with hammer's.

Reguardless, if people want to go against what i have said and done in my Truthfull post's, you clearly enjoy lieing, or just simply missread/saw the situation at hand.

either way, we are here to have fun, lets not stab eachother now, eh ?
