Wordswitch?
Anyway, I enjoy PVP too and in my short time here, I discovered going to NY with an unlawful IFF will get you shot at within minutes. In the time it took me to get from Rochester to Buffalo, I had already crossed blades with 2 bombers and an Avenger.
I think if you get a terrorist ID you should understand what a terrorist is.
Terrorism is a tactic of war, which causes fear in the population as an instrument. It's got nothing to do with enjoying to kill people.
If you want to pvp like a terrorist, only attack targets that make sense for the goal you want to achieve, and above all, make sure people KNOW why you are doing what you are doing, and how they can stop you from doing it.
What you are looking for is a psycho-killer ID, not a terrorist ID. Join the phantoms, and remove the word "terrorist" from the phantom infocards.

Uh. To be honest pal. I rather stay here, and as long as I follow the rules and Role-Play decently there should be no problems with me wanting to fight people. If I'm playing a Navy dude my main objective is to keep traders safe, assist civilians in danger and take care of bad guys causing trouble, all of which requires some form of fighting.
I'm not saying a guy should be allowed to have a Terrorist ID for the sole purpose of fighting people. Of course you require Role-Play and yes, you may sometimes require documented Role-Play, I have it as well. But point being, if I enjoy fighting and that is probably the reason why I have stayed for over three years, then there shouldn't really be a problem.
One thing which I find hilarious though is that the main problems people have in this community is revolved around PvP and combat in general. Balance threads says it all really, some of the most intense flame wars are caused by giving one side the upper hand in fighting by for example giving a Faction good boost in guns/ships, etc.

I must admit that this is true.Groups of people start to flame eachother just becase another group has an shieldbuster and they dont. Then they will find reasons why they lost a fight or something like that...This is not right.Everything it's balanced here in different ways.
Example: Outcasts got the Inferno which is a torpedo shieldbuster and the Corsairs have Tizone del Cid which is a gun shieldbuster => balanced.
