I wish to offer myself as Training Instructor for the LPI. At my disposal I have the following:
A crapload of cash.
LPI Upholder for Bomber Training.
LPI Patriot for target practice.
and a Pirate Transport for Smuggler interdiction training.
I would like command to consider my offer. I will come up with a training plan shortly.
Also, I set it as my goal to kill a gunboat in a Liberator or Patriot.

Greetings.
Veni, vidi, but no real vici.
I came, saw two Rheinland Wraith in New York.
I followed to California, where a firefight started.
The side of those fighting against the Krauts had two losses, a Xeno Eagle and a Rogue Bloodhound, the Rheinlanders were merely scratched.
Might be having a reason with the new loadout of my Liberator, and those new guns are not adjusted correctly yet.
Anyhow, a few combat footages below: 123
After following them back to New York, we had another fight near Cali gate.
However, they could escape due to my ship having a rather odd failure. 4
I hope it gets fixed soon enough.
Joined Officers Smith and Radcyffe on patrol in the NY sector. We were about to jump to the Texas sector (Can't remember why) when I scanned Saerieve's Private Bar. He was carrying copious amounts of Cardamine and Light Arms, and was in a Pirate Transport. I then issued an order to stop, which he promptly ignored, after which he started taunting the LPI.
We decided to cover all the Jump Gates in the sector, to stop him from escaping. I covered the Texas Jump Gate, Officer Smith covered the Colorado Jump Gate while Officer Radcyffe covered West Point Academy.
Saerieve then mentioned something about Jump Holes, which lead Officer Smith to jump to the Colorado system to block off any escape. After a lengthy period, Officer Radcyffe was surrounded by multiple Junkers at West Point, at which point it was decided to retreat from the situation. We all then called off the patrol, and called it a night.
Officer Radcyffe issued an arrest warrant for Saerieve's Private Bar during the situation.
Ive been on patrols in system New York, Texas, Hudson and California.
My Liberator was destroyed in New York and in Hudson.
Other LPI officers managed to capture my life pod and return me to duty.
No Comm logs or Guncams was created during this patrol.
Major gunfires was made, but i havent managed to destroy or
capture any unlawful. Protection of civilians has been 1st priority.
Not much to report today... Got called by the Key.West and Silver 3 to assist with a bunch o' damned pirates. We were outnumbered, didn't have much of a chance anyway... We managed to down two or three of their ships before I retreated, though, so not all bad.
Went on a solo patrol around NY today. While on the Trade Link between West Point and Manhattan, I got thrown out of the Trade Link. I then noticed a Lane Hacker, Sybreed, within sensor range right beside the Trade Link. I demanded that he leave Liberty space immediately, at which he replied that he was "ordering Sunbucks via the Trade Link, and accidentally hacked it."
I then repeated my command, failing which, I summoned LNS backup. A LNS battleship came on scene, and while negotiating, several other Outcasts, including a Vito.Romano, arrived on scene. The LNS ship started negotiation. I did a coffee run to Manhattan, and delivered a cup of coffee to Sybreed, at which point he left. Another ship, the Inexorable Night, declined to leave, and (get this) attempted to tax the LNS battleship, which was promptly refused. Both the LNS ship and I opened fire, and after a brief firefight, I found myself in a lifepod.

Under my guidance, there will be 3 Stages of Training.
--------------------------------------
Recruit; Combat will be done in a Liberator, or for our more ballsy applicants in a Patriot. Training officers will be flying various generic civvie fighters to simulate the real deal. Possibly acquire and repair some old pirate ships for LPI Training use.
To pass from Recruit to Officer, except for the written test, said recruit must be able to destroy a Starflea Drone. The drone is programmed to only dodge, and is quite good at doing that. No missiles are allowed.
Recruit VS Trainer.
Ships Used:
Recruit: Patriot/Liberator.
Trainer: Border Worlds Class Fighter (?)/Falcon/Patriot/Liberator/Starflea.
--------------------------------------
Regular; This involves regular sparring between Officer's Liberators and Instructor's ships as well as other Officer's Ships. This will allow our officers to stay sharp when in the field. Possiblilty of rare meetings, where Anti Gunboat or Transport strategies are discussed, although such training is usually left for the Spec Ops Training.
Officer VS Trainer.
Officer VS Officer.
Ships used:
Officer: Patriot/Liberator.
Trainer: Border Worlds Class Fighter (?)/Falcon/Patriot/Liberator/Pirate Transport/Roc/Upholder(To be replaced by Peacekeeper)/Havoc MK2.
--------------------------------------
Spec Ops; This is reserved for Silver wing and the SWAT Team. Here Bomber training will be done, as well as HF/VHF training. Officers will fly not only Specialized Patriots (Silver wing) but a variety of Bombers, Heavy Fighters and Very Heavy Fighters. They will be thought how to deal with Gunboats, Gunships, Bombers, Transports and even Capital ships.
Spec Op VS Trainer.
Spec Op VS Spec Op.
Ships used:
Spec Op: SWAT Ships/Silver Wing Ships.
Trainer: Border Worlds Class Fighter (?)/Falcon/Patriot/Liberator/Pirate Transport/Roc/Upholder(To be replaced by Peacekeeper)/Havoc MK2/Grizzly.

That is all. Send any proposed adjustments to the LPI Training manual to me, and I will review them.
A quick note, im jumping out of my Liberator to continue patrolling in a Patriot.
What happends to this brand new Liberator is up for LPI command to decide.
A patrol report will be submitted later today. I will provide guncam images,
If anything was to happend. So far its been quiet in my presence.
After a series of grueling rounds with the flight instructors I earned my wings! Haha! imagine that.
Shortly after retrofitting a Patriot to accommodate my ... *cough* ...feet, I went to patrol New York. I had heard of some malicious loons about without headlights, but was unable to find and scan them myself. They ran faster than me...
...then just disappeared. I heard some weird voices at the same time, but I put that down to not-enough-donuts during the day.
Personal Note : Being in a Patriot, is really really really really really really, really really really really, a bad idea when inspecting an Outcast ... anything. I wonder if the Chief will give me Liberty to use one of those flying cigars I saw running around the place. Thankfully they waited for me to finish the taillight and headlight inspections. All was in order. Must've seen me coming and hid the bad wiring.
Serious business : I followed some screams over the radio and near Westpoint I found a couple of bounty hunters, a couple of vigilantes, a handful of outcasts engaged in dangerous combat all violating safety regulations to the nth degree! There was an LSF agent hanging around, (what's he doing out in the open I wonder? Don't they usually hide in trees?). I was paralysed with the amount of regs being violated and didn't know what to do. I asked the LSF agent for instructions and he told me to "stay alive". Glad for some good orders, I did a hasty duck-for-cover routine and hovered underneath Newark. The unsafe lasers couldn't reach me from there.
Malicious loon : At last! I found a malicious loon! He was doing dangerous flying, donuts in space ....mmmmmmmmmm donuts. Uh.. what was I..oh yes! Malicious loons. He was doing don...circles in space. When informed that he was committing serious flying safety regulation violations and endangering Liberty citizens lives, and to cease and desist, he scoffed. After that bout, he rammed a Navy ship. Finally, after stating he was under arrest and to follow me to prison, he refused. So I opened up on the malicious loon! both barrels baby! Boom boom!
30 odd minutes later ... The navy ship asked if he could assist.
Sometime later, the malicious loon was dispatched with vigorous intent. I thanked the Navy ship for his assistance with my arrest and detainment. Although somehow in all the noise, I lost track of the perps lifepod. Mayhap we'll see each other again someday.
Patrol ends. I went off duty to find a good donut vendor.
