So it seems like it's really just based on area, I think we should split it up and create a bit of a more focused 'economy' for living cargo within the nomad 'empire'. Each base buys specific pilots for a high amount, while the others do not buy the same pilots for much, based on the area the base is in. All non-pilot living cargo should sell for 'less' than the pilots, but still pull in a decent amount of cash. Keep in mind that there are no trade routes for the nomads, we dont really have any transports, and most of our ships dont have much cargo space. Additionally, this would be our only way of making money without resorting to other characters. Here's the list:

I actually think we could do without the passengers, prisoners, refugees, slaves, tourists, and vacationers, to be honest. None of those humans would really be all that useful to the nomads in terms of infestation - they would not be privvy to military information, and they wouldnt have access to the high end of government structure or military control. I think that, outside of the military/police/pirate/zoner pilots, and the gunboat captains/cruiser commanders/fleet admirals, we'd be fine just having scientists and VIP's as our other commodities.
