Quote:5.9 Disconnecting from the server in a PvP fight to escape, as well as in any other situation that involves player interaction, is not allowed. If you lose server connection during a player interaction, you should get back in game quickly to continue the interaction, with the other player's permission. If that is not possible, then post on the forums and PM the players involved.
Consequences:
Don't F1.
Fined all credits (86 million), cargo (close to 5000 gold) and guns removed. Notification in hold.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban.
Well, i am not upset. But I have never F1'd while near any players and it is indeed F1'ing but usually the kind against my will. My window has a tendency to freeze, making me restart my computer, when this happened at the Magellan hole in Leeds (Where i believe to have happened) there was noone in sight, so i figured i could stop playing and leave it be. I was never in any PvP Fight might i add, merely using the Magellan hole because manchester had a pirate at the gate. My apologies to the offended parties and i will try to avoid incidents like this in the near future.
As a side note, I wish to know who reported me and the evidence held against me. It would be much appreciated.
Excuse me for your time again,
[indent] The DSACE .log we submitted does seem to show that there is more to the story than is said in this report. As you can see he was paid in full by my manager for my safe passage before my unintentional F1'ing. I do not understand also why he had waited 6 days to report this, surely you could check the server logs for this evidence? I acknowledge the fact that this is not right and i should have apologised sooner, but his/her demands had been met, and yet i am still in trouble for this matter.
