Anyone else hate the new french TDs and arty? I have played 5 games today, and already seen teir 9 french TDs, and batchat arty. I think some peaople get a little extreme with gold, and converting free exp.
And I bought a Pershing again. stupid fool that i am...
I absolutely hated my Hellcat at first, I really really did. Too fragile and too slow turret rotation. However, I then altered my tactics and it became one of my most favorite tanks to drive.
Why?
You can sit behind some heavy tanks, grabbing all the attention, then you, as a fast TD can very quickly flank and cripple said tank.
The Hellcat is a very situational tank, but its cannon is one to be feared since it's very reliable.

Not seen, or plated the French TD or arty line, sorry.

2 very common mistakes people make when driving a Hellcat.
1: use it as a conventional TD. big no no. it doesnt have forward sloped armor like Stugs and ISUs. nor does it have the camo of said conventional TDs.
2: use it as a medium tank / brawler. very bad idea. Hellcat has -no- armor, a turning circle that is wider that our solar system and the turret is too slow to keep up.
How to use a Hellcat:
run around. shoot and scoot. pop up from cover, fire, retreat. or use heavies as cover like Fletcher said. flank flank flank. Then theHellcat is quite good.
