Greetings.
While conducting routine patrols around the battleship Isis today I picked up a Liberty Navy battlecruiser on scanners [designation LNS Wisconsin]. After demanding the vessel to stop and declare its business, it complied and the captain contacted me about being unsatisfied with the conduct of the Liberty Navy and wishing to defect to the Order. Since I am not in a position to facilitate the defection of Navy captial ships I am bringing this to the attention of High Command.
The vessel has returned to Liberty space and is awaiting contact from an Order representative.
As a side note, although the LNS Wisconsin did destroy agent Farkwar's vessel before establishing contact, Farkwar engaged the vessel without warning or provocation and continued to attack despite my orders to cease fire. His vessels destruction was perfectly justified in my opinion since it was his own recklessness that led to the LNS Wisconsin opening fire on him.
Good day.

Greetings.
As i read this. Something reminds me to Thursday. Like an Dejavu. The LNS-Assault1 told me the same as the Wisconsin does. He wants to be our Ears and Eyes in Texas, California, Colorado and New York.

Greetings;
We have received some other reports about those 2 LNS vessels.
Especially about assault cruiser Wisconsin and his often intrusions in Order space and visits to Delta.
Your reports have been noted and forwarded for further discussion among the High Command.
We must evaluate those vessels , find out their true intentions.
We have one ex Navy Captain and his ship with Order now, but that was isolated case till now.
And it took time before we gained thrust in their intentions.

This communication has certainly peaked my interest. To see fellow Navy officers join the cause would greatly please me, but.. I do not recognize either ship name.. so I cannot comment on their loyalties, nor character.
I will keep an eye out for these ships and see if I can communicate with them, but would also like to be part of any discussions involving allowing or disallowing them entry.
I feel I may be able to add a unique perspective on the situation as I myself was in a similar situation not long ago.

Greetings High Command and fellow agents.
Today after I undocked from Isis for the daily patrol, I recived a order to come to O-Delta because of the presence of some bounty hunters ships, but before my arrival there, the problem had already been resolved peacefully.
On return to Minor, I saw on scanners a LABC with the name LNS-Wisconsin, at first sight when the ship captain was questioned seemed to move towards a diplomatic meeting with a zoner, near FP11, but after a closer scan I saw he had remains of 2 nomads and 3 Order pilots captured, the captain of the ship refused to stop, even after a few insistent orders to release the pilots, LNS-Wisconsin refused to stop and managed to escape using the emergency landing on FP11. Captain Freisener of the Order|CV-Seti's.Pride, ordered that this ship is to be added to the KOS list. After this incident I made a complete patrol of the O-Minor system, no problems was met there.
Greetings, this is Ens. Nikolai Sidorov of the Primary Fleet.
Today, approximately at 0150 hours, I came across Zoner ID'd [ZL]Congo carrying 15 Nomad specimens, a Minor Nomad Brain (used to control other nomads) and several nomad bacteria. I asked him to drop the container carrying all nomad organisms and specimens (at the risk of infection) and got a negative reply. I told him that he would drop all Nomads one way or another but even so he refused to drop his hazardous cargo. I told him once again to drop his cargo and that if he didn't, we would mark him as an infect ship, and that we would open fire to prevent infection to other ships. He refused. I then noticed that the nomad bacteria numbers were quickly dropping, suggesting that it was spreading through the ship. I then ordered my wing-men to open fire on the ship. The ship could not be destroyed as he fled to Alaska.
I hope that neither I nor my wing-men get negative consequences for opening fire on a probable infected Zoner ship.
I'm also sending the cargo scan report from the Zoner ship.

Greetings.
Through negotiations with the commanding officer of a Zoner juggernaught doing research into this subject encountered at freeport 11, I have come into possession of a sample of the liquid cardamine observed on the persons of Order agents under the influence of Nomads. My hope is that analysis of this sample will advance our knowledge of this threat to the Order and all of Sirius.
The sample is currently in secure storage in my ships cargo hold although transferring it to a larger and more secure vessel or a research facility will probably be neccessary.
I await instructions on what to do with the sample.
Good day.

Through a chance encounter while engaged in covert recon operations under the identity of Matt Howard, I have found myself in possession of two as of yet unidentified weapons [Only identification is the codename DEFILER]. I have conducted preliminary tests and found the weapons to be astonishingly powerful against shields.
During testing, the weapons allowed a Ravens Talon VHF to single handedly deplete the shields of a cruiser and obliterate the shields of smaller vessels in only a couple of shots.
I don't think I need to point out the potential of such a weapon.
I will make myself available for future weapons tests if High Command so wishes.
Good day.

Those weapons are very valuable piece of equipment. We have yet to discover the technology used in those guns which gives them huge boost in shield damage. We certainly would like to perform some tests. keep them on safe for now. And keep the information that you possess them for yourself.
I will contact you over private channels for details using Encryptioned S.K.Y.P.E network, but I will need your channel frequency (//skype name).
