Today an incident required LSF participation. A naval wing, by the designation [Cerberus], was detected in Omicron Minor. Without knowledge of any planned operation deep into order space for that time frame, under the orders of Director Wolfe, i took the responsability of finding those stray naval ships, and bringing them back home.
After briefing agent Robinson on the mission, and meeting him in Alaska, we jumped into Omicron Minor. We were soon detected by an exploration carrier, but we easily slipped past it, towards the new location of the ships transponders: Omicron-92. We jumped there, and found ourselves sourounded by a few order ships, so surprised about our presence that refused to chase us once we got some kilometres away from them. Unfortunately, those stray naval units had jumped again, towards Tohoku. After requesting access to Kusari to Director Wolfe, and having it refused, we proceeded to return to Liberty. I instructed him to ignore any hostile units and continue towards safe place, while I jumped straight towards the mass of ships near the jumphole. He managed to get out, while I was cd'ed. I managed to jump towards Minor, but was intercepted there. Considering several fighters and gunboats were after me, I listened to the requests to halt and be escorted out of Minor rather than forcing an engagement in an effort to escape which could have compromised LSF sensitive resources.
When I jumped into Alaska, the escorting fighter and gunboat jumped behind. And I was surprised to see a second gunboat already in Alaska, with Naval pilots on board. He refused to drop them on my request, and i asked for help. Unfortunately, it took too long for the support to come, and those pilots are now most likely in an order prison.
This morning the Navy vessels Augusta and Champion, plus more minor ships, engaged a fight with a Rheinland Battleship, 20 clicks above Manhattan. The situation was complicated by a pirate bomber that started to shoot at my shield, while i was trying to avoid the incoming fire of the Rheinland Battleship. Unfortunately the Champion was badly hit by the Batteship 30 seconds before i was able to destroy her with the forward gun.

Greetings, commanders.
My today's patrol was started with catching up with LPI Officer, Lisa Hunter.
After some time of patrolling New York space we've met up with Outcast. He was shouting that he was about to claim bounty on freelancer John. But of course he was in fear after we showed up. He fled to Rochester station, where he met up with his friend, ChaosS_TerroR. Lisa was already engaged in battle with TerroR.
Whilst she was fighting this 'cast, I've detected illegal cargo within another's hold, outcast named -Stuka-. I nicely asked him to drop it, but had been given by subsequent refusal. He was in killing mood at this time, but I quickly reduced his ardency and took him down. Lisa destroyed enemy's ship in brilliant way.
Shortly after these events Lisa had left to patrol rest of the system, albeit I decided to stay and check all things out. Strange Rogue ship undocked from Rochester and began to threaten me with killing attitude. He was about to take down my ship and release his brethren in my hold, who were going to end up in Hunstville. But eh, I was insisting on my position. Shortly after he engaged me, and consequently died from my mine.

Hello, I'm Adam Thomas, the Secretary of the Covert Ops department in the LSF. We received the report of a Secondary Fleet group known as [Cerberus]. If you don't know about these people, they seem to be causing trouble in Bretonia, and basing out of Omega-3 I believe.
I've devised an operation to find out who they are, and try and get them to return to Liberty. This has been approved by the LSF High Command already, but as they are Navy ships, we're informing you of what we plan to do. Please tell us if you are against this operation. Otherwise we'll start beginning preparations.
Cheers.

Adam Thomas;
You have no objection from me.
You can try asking them directly first, though. It could save you a lot of time on the off-chance that they actually give you a good response.
Liberty Police Incorporated;
Before you decide to mention any of what happened yesterday, I do not take kindly to being called a "psycopathic bitch" by your men, namely one officer John Kimble, who kept proclaiming that "I'm a police officer, you idiot!". As such I hold absolutely no remorse for what transpired yesterday.
From the desk of Chief Matt Myers
To: Commodore Christina Robinson
Yeah, Kimble was out of line. Yes, I talked to him about watching his mouth. On the other side of the coin, however, you're a gorramn Commodore, maybe you should try acting like one. Blasting my boys because of remarks they made isn't the most professional thing you could do, and the obvious lack of "remorse", as you put it, only further shows that you don't understand just what you did. We -- the LPI, Navy, and LSF -- all have to provide a unified front to not only the criminals of Liberty, but the citizens.
When word hits the news of a Navy Commodore opening fire on a Police Officer, what do you think will be said? I believe those news reports might report that Kimble was justified in calling you a "psychotic bitch", whether he was or not. Next time, think before you act and maybe, just maybe, this can all be avoided.
Also, part of providing that unified front is assisting each other in battle. I have reports on my desk that you called backup away from an ongoing fight? When the LPI is in trouble, we expect the Navy to help us out -- just like the Navy should be able to trust us to back them up when needed. It's a two-way street, Robinson.

Matt Myers;
This could all be avoided if your officer hadn't started off the name-calling without reason. And really, there wasn't one. The fact that I responded in the way I did is more than justified, especially when the fact that I purposely missed the hull of his ship is taken into account. Scaring him didn't work however; your officer Kimble has a hard head.
As for backup in a battle? I with-held resources because I believed your forces could handle it. Evidently you couldn't, and those with-held resources were committed. The result was the forces of Liberty being victorious in short order. Far from trying to scold my judgement, you should be commending it.
Lets not forget that I was brutally attacked by officer Kimble shortly after the remenant of the LPI- force was rescued, to which the response was a stray mine from Captain Kreagan's ship.
If officers of the LPI- can't be relied on to at least keep their mouths shut if they have an unjustified personal problem with an officer of the Navy or Security Force, then how can they be trusted in battle?
From the desk of Chief Matt Myers
To: Commodore Christina Robinson
"Name-calling without reason"? The report I'm reading says that Kimble called you to deal with a Nomad, which is more of a Navy task than a Police one, and then you said it wasn't your problem and "insulted the LPI."
As for believing that we had adequate force, again, the reports I'm reading say that the LPI forces were heavily outnumbered. And along with that, those same reports suggest that you withheld support because of a personal grudge against Officer Kimble. I believe the exact phrase used was "the Navy held back just long enough for us to get our asses handed to us and swing in to claim all the glory."
I ask the same: if the [LN] can't be relied on to provide assistance when needed, are we really on the same page here? We can't let personal dislikes for certain people get in the way of doing our jobs. Foremost is the safety of our own people and the safety of the citizens of Liberty. Petty disputes are way down the list of priorities.
Aside: Kimble claims he attacked you afterward because of your failure to do your job and help the LPI forces. Something about a lot of people dying because of you.
