To be sure, I was uncertain as to the correct calculations for agility.
Overall - I am not asking for one type of balance over another - rather I am asking for the ship to be more clearly defined in its role.
To increase the agility of the ship, would be to increase the utility of the forward gun against progressively more agile targets. If this is the role of the ship - to use its forward gun as its main weapon - then I would ask for its agility to be increased.
If the role of the ship is to only use the forward gun against the largest and slowest of targets - then I would ask for more secondary guns covering other firing angles - so that the ship becomes a turret-mode rather than an mobile cruiser.
In terms of the Forward Gun, I can see Mjolnir's point on the overall size of the weapon - it makes sense then that it shold be lower damage (72% range) - and i would ask for the efficiency to match the 72% damage output.
In terms of the weapon projectile, I am into Dragon ships firing, well, flaming bolts of death! Would it be acceptable to commission a custom projectile - basically a scaled-up Phoenix blast.

That said Dragon cruiser could be slightly faster than now.
It currently uses Kusari Gunboat forward gun effect, I'll try some of the mentioned effects for looks.
If efficiency goes up a bit, and the agility goes up a little bit and the effect gets changed then all should be good. (As long as nothing else is changed, at all.)
I remember Elven firing the Kusari forward gun next to my cruiser.:lol:
