Hello, I am Diarmuid Daniel Aleil. First of all, I thank you for the purchase of this autobiography. Perhaps you are wondering, why you bought my autobiography. I have the answer to that question, within this autobiography, are the secrets to my success, hidden yes, but they are in here I assure you.
CHAPTER 1: CHILDHOOD
Ah, here we are in Chapter 1, this Chapter is about my childhood, and how my childhood is linked to my success. I was born on April 17, 789 A.S, In a hospital on Freeport 1 of all places. Both of my parents are long dead Zoners. They are of no importance to my many successes however, and shall no longer be mentioned. The ties I made on Freeport 1 are however, of large importance. I met many people on Freeport 1, but the most important person I met had to be Slim Jim Jimmy A smuggler of all things. Slim Jim Jimmy and I held close ties; I met him before I had even been alive for my twelfth year. One day, I was wandering around the second docking bay, when Slim Jim Jimmys transport came in through the docking port. When he exited the transport, he paid me a whole fifty thousand credits just to help him unload; this guy was rich, and generous to say the least. After that I spent the time making sure that I found out, when Jimmy left, and when he came back, what he was carrying, and what he wasnt. I managed to write down his times of arrival, and his times of departing. Jimmy visited Freeport 1 every other week, and I was always there to help him unload his cargo. After a few months, when I had nearly one million credits to my name, Jimmy caught on. Jimmy wasnt the brightest of people, but he was generous, and offered me a permanent job as a part of his crew. Without my parents consent or knowledge, I accepted the job, and left the Freeport.
CHAPTER 2: JIMMYS DOWNFALL
Chapter 2, I suppose Ill just resume where I left off. Jimmy was even richer than before I had met him, this job paid me a monthly salary of half a million credits. I always wondered how Jimmy became so rich, and I found out about two months into the job. Jimmy accepted his first Cardamine smuggling job with me on board, these shipments were the ones that got him his money, all the others were just cover-ups. Even at that age, I knew what Cardamine was, I knew it was illegal, and I knew where it came from. Unfortunately for Jimmy, this is where his little operation went to hell. Everything went smoothly, until we hit Liberty. Now, as I have said before, Jimmy wasnt the brightest little smuggler. Jimmy flew right along the tradelanes, too cautious to actually use them, but he flew within range of their cameras. By the time we were nearing planet Houston, we were ambushed by a group of LPI Pilots, and they boarded our small smuggling ship, and arrested Jimmy. Fortunately for me, the laws of Liberty only allowed juvenile punishment to be a maximum of 2 days in Minimum Security Juvenile Prison. The ship was confiscated, and my account was fined a mere 1000 Credits.
CHAPTER 3: THE RISE ( AND FALL ) OF A COMPANY
Well, with a slap on the wrist on my criminal record, I wandered around Houston looking for some work so as to afford a place to sleep and eat. I did that for about two years or so. Until I was old enough to no longer be considered a minor in Liberty. By that time, I had accumulated 4 million total credits, which was, richer than even the average person in Liberty. Now I know that my criminal record may disturb you, but it wasnt at all my fault. And everyone must get down and dirty sometimes. Anyways back to my point. With my accumulated wealth, I began a job as an independent contractor for Ageira. Hauling lane parts from here to there, it was very profitable, but also monotonous and I believed that I could make more money doing something else. With the even vaster collection of wealth I had, I started a business. So at the turn of the year 807 A.S an independent shipping firm which was named, Aelil Shipping Services was formed, Aelil operated primarily in Liberty, and with a staff of 10 people, 8 shippers, myself as manager, and 1 secretary, we were doing very well. Our profits every month exceeded 25 million credits. I managed this company for nearly 11 years, by the time I sold this company, it was worth 400 million credits, and we had made over 1 billion. Unfortunately, we lost it all in one of the biggest lawsuits in legal history, one of our employees was shipping water with traces of Cardamine in which he was putting in it. 900 Million credits, gone, just like that. I dont think the average person knows just how much that is. With that much money, you could even buy a battleship ( If you worked for a navy of some kind.) However, the companys value dropped from 400 million, to a mere 50 million, and my personal wealth was reduced to a mere 25 million credits, I sold the company to another independent shipping firm. And now I have over 75 million credits to my name, that is, at least 65 million credits more than the average person earns in their entire lifetime.
