INCOMING TRANSMISSION
SENDER: RECRUIT VIC THORN
SUBJECT: NY ROUTINE PATROL

- - -

Greetings Admirality, Liberty Forces.

Excuse my absence, the repair of my Guardian took definately more time, than I thought it would take.
In the meantime i have served as a navigational officer aboard the LNS-Idaho.

Today i have been on a routine patrol through the New York and Colorado system.

When I deployed at West Point, I got informed by the Command of the LNS-Michigan, that there is some issue betwenn West Point Military Academy and Norfolk Shipyards.

When I reached the said location, I found two mercenaries who were fighting a Navy pilot...
Since I heard, there are bountied placed on our heads, everything was rather clear to me.
Well, the LNS-Wrecker unfortunately already moved in and shot down on of them right after I showed up.
The second one ran off and I ignored him, since he was already chased by another ship.

I headed to Colorado, after I got some company, Lt.Darrick Lang, a Reserve pilot, I know personally.
We encountered two Xeno ships in Spatials and another Merc, who obviously was looking for the bounty.

After it was sure, they would not comply by handing over all of their prisoners, we took them down.
Before this little furball ended, two more Mercs showed up, to claim some bounties.

We defended ourselves, but the Ionstorms have been too severe, so I decided to leave the area, before being capture by those Mercs.
Lt.Derrick Dang kept my way clear, but his ship got shot down.
I managed to tractor in his pod and fly back to the missouri safely.

Here are some recordings, my guncam took:

***INCOMING TRANSMISSIOM***

***callsign LNS-Toronto***

***encription- Low***

Well on patrol today the LNS-Toronto got word that the Joker was in NY. Several Navy fighter's went to scout, and called me for assist as they spotted the Joker, along with 2 Outcast tridente's,1 outcast Bomber, and 1 Outcast Sabre. After disscussing the Joker's presance in NY, one of the Outcast's yelled Take him,and charged in firing. As you can imagine all hell broke loose. In first 60 second's the Toronto managed to take out both tridente's,and the Outcast bomber. The fighter ingaged other Navy ship's. Then the Merc's showed up(spits). The Toronto was dealing with the Joker, and doing well, when the Merc's opened up on Toronto.(no words what so ever i might add). So the Toronto returned fire on all ship's as fast as the turret's could cycle. Alas after knocking the Joker down to 0.5% hull, and same with the Merc Kenny.Xin the Toronto was forced to dock for repair's. All in all a good showing of the Carrier, and it will be repaired as it docked with armour damage only. Gun cam footage to follow of the Merc's attacking the LNS-Toronto.

Greetings Liberty Navy colleges today wile the Endurance was on its Final Stage of its Shake down cruise we had a contact on Long Range Sensors that a Rheinland Battle ship Calld the Rote_Baron was in Texas. We set course to intercept due to the fact that the LNS-Pacific wasn't available. After some time we manage to take it out whit the help of 2 bombers and 2 fighter wings. After that i manage to organize a group to canter attack. We entered the Hamburg system and managed to destroy the GB RNC-Rommel. After we took it down there were no Targets to hit in the hamburg system. We were half our way home when we were intercepted by a Rheinland Battle ship calld Rote_Baron Again. I ordered my men to engage and we slowly managed to get it trap d in the Asteroid field were we destroyed it. After that we engaged a Line Hacker Gunship it was destroyed by our bombers.

Message:

Greetings everyone, today i was on a patrol in the Texas system, when i found a civilian train, name Tyler.Craw, coming from Rheinland full of Engine Components, that could have been sabotaged by our enemy.

I tried to stop the cargo ship, but he managed to dock at Planet Houston.

I was anyway able to register the cargo scan of that vessel:

It seems that this vessel isn't new to the embargo breaking, since it was catched before trading between Liberty and Rheinland.

*sigh*

Well, since I don't want to overload our comms network I'll just report here every few times I take part in battles to fight off that tenacious rheinland battleship Rote Baron

That thing was destroyed for, eh, gazillionth time just now. My gun crew is now actually mastering the art of scoring hits on its hull with the siegie cannon to draw stick figures. Given enough invasions, I daresay they will be able to draw entire comics on the side of that thing's hull.

Not to worry, I explicitely told em: no nudity.

Anyway, same drill. We launch, we find, we shoot, he blows up. Sometimes in my bomber, mosty is the Fires of Liberation.

Maybe we should make the Bering and Hudson gates smaller so the damn thing can't fit in 'em.

That is all.

Transmission; Start
Identification: Commodore Christina Robinson
Location: New York system, Planet Manhattan, Fort Bragg

Navy Personnel;

It is my pleasure to announce some long-overdue promotions. The list is long and distinguished. From the top down, the promotions are as follows:

Bill Kreagan (former rank: [color=#FFFFFF]Captain [reserve])

With your return to full-time duty, it is only procedure that you come out of reserve status. However, I would like to add that I do feel reassured by your presence in the force once again, and I hope to fly with you more often. Your experience and combat efficiency are of the highest calibre; many ensigns could learn the more obscure nuances of dogfighting from you. So could I. Congratulations.

Alexander Casero (former rank: Commander)

Captain Casero. Need I say more? Well, yes actually, I do. You've been with the service for a long time, and have held the position of quartermaster with a firm dedication to the responsibility that job requires of you. Having turned down previous opportunities of promotion, we've found our captaincy somewhat lacking without your name there. The Grizzled veteran that you are, such a position is both fitting and deserved.

Virgil Redline (former rank: Lieutenant)

Now, I was opposed to this, in no small part due to the apalling state that your cruiser, which you must've happened along in some deep space debris field, was in when I decided to do a little tour. That dead dog smelt something horrible, and the armoury filled with booze instead of weapons was quite interesting. Your choice of booze also betrayed a complete lack of class. However, after a conversation with the Fleet Admiral, apparently this promotion is warranted. Report to my office tomorrow at 1300 hours, Lieutenant Commander.

Christopher Hood (former rank: Sub-Lieutenant)

Having seen your flying first hand, I can safely say that your skills are above average. Your capacity to take orders is not lacking either, and we have observed your dutiful fulfillment of any tasks given to you. This is, of course, a good thing. The result is you have earned an extra chevron. Good luck, Lieutenant.

Dean Winchester (former rank: Sub-Lieutenant)

You've been pushing for more authority for a long time. Now, that's not neccessarily a good thing, but you've backed up your desire for responsibility with a cool head, a laid back personality and some nice flying. More will be required of you the higher up you go, but as long as you continue to step up to the mark, you wont find yourself encountering major problems. Congratulations, Lieutenant.

Robert Bueller, Vic Thorn, Elise Thomas, Jason Reed (former ranks: Ensign)

All of you were in the race to recieve promotions, but due to some shifting in the higher orders, spaces opened up for all of you. Of course, this means you now have more responsibility, not least of which is resisting the urge to kick an ensign in the teeth because you can. This is only the start of your naval careers as far as rank is concerned, and the future looks bright for you all. Good luck, Sub-Lieutenants.

It is less of a privelidge, but more of a neccessity, that the following be announced:

Justin Stevens
George Robertson
Arthur Mark
Jimmy Cricket
Jack Murdock
George Walker
Shade Walker

You all need to report in within the time span of fourteen days, to Fleet Admiral Hale, myself or Vice Admiral Anderson. If you do not, you will be removed from active service or worse still, removed from this military formation.

That's all for today, ladies and gentlemen.
