Dear Miss Starcatcher,

Coronado Border Securities are a newly formed mercenary company that has arisen from the Bretonian Govt's nationalisation of Bowex; I won't bore you with details, but suffice it to say that some pencil-pushing desk-jockey decided that we 9 are surplus to requirements, gave us a meagre restitution package and a limp handshake. So, as the de facto leader of this gang, rather than split up into different groups, I reckoned if we could get a gig that covered our modest requirements, we could still enjoy the spirit of camaraderie that we've come to take for granted.

If the contract is still available, I'd like to know a little more about it, and the people who would be employing the CBS.

Dear Miss Starcatcher,

Apologies Miss Starcatcher, it was unconciously rude of me not to introduce myself personally; My name is John Barker, I was born on New London and spent most of my formative years on the Hood, racing around the track in Dublin. After a failed attempt at professional racer status, I joined Borderworld Exports as a freighter pilot, shuffling cargo around Sirius in a Clydesdale. 'Unanticipated Enemy Action' meant that there was a vacancy in the escort wing; the sluggishness of the clydesdale compared to the Crusader that I was offered meant that I jumped at the chance to step away from hauling cargo and into the exciting world of getting shot at for money.

The experiences from piloting the Clydesdale stood me in good stead for escort duty; I was aware of the limitations of large ships and how they can get stuck against tradelanes and jumpgates, and how they struggle to navigate swiftly through dense asteroid fields. The nationalisation of Bowex, whilst not a surprise, was definitely unwelcome: Bureaucrats and business do not make happy bed-fellows.

So, here I am, with a small band of experienced trader-escorts, available to fulfill the contract. I have yet to receive the details of the contract - I presume that the Comm's failure is to blame?

I may not be a company, but someone on Java mentioned you were looking for mercs. Check the main IMG bounty board for evidence of what I can do. If you're asking for an entire company, I'd assume that whatever you want can't be done by just l'il ol' me... but if I can hold off four or so Cartel and make them cry to their mommies, I figure I may be of use to you.
