Recipient(s): The Cincinnatus Guard, The Order
I'm sure you already know this, but for the sake of making it official, and for informing those who lead The Order, I shall briefly describe just why you're forces are no longer permitted for access of any kind in Bretonia.
Bretonia has a strict policy on the presence of foreign warships in our territory. We do not tolerate any warships entering Bretonian territory without obtaining prior permission. This includes Order Carriers. It's also safe to assume we don't tolerate large bands of armed fighters and bombers roving through Bretonia without informing us as to their mission here.
However, it is the actions of that warship and its escort that have resulted in us sending this message. You were seen in Chester by a member of the Mandalorian Mercenaries. You proceeded to threaten said mercenary, who happens to be working for us. After doing so, he informed you that you were not to be in Chester, and that if you continued as you had been, we, the Armed Forces, would take action. You ignored him and entered a restricted area of Chester. Our scouts caught you on your return towards Newcastle. At this point I had already personally delivered a warning to you to leave Bretonia immediately. You refused to respond to this warning.
After you entered Newcastle, we caught you again entering the vicinity around Battleship Grimsby. Another restricted area. Once the Grimsby was informed to repel you, you headed towards Manchester, where our pilots finally caught your carrier.
So, for the violation of several laws and policies, any vessels belonging to The Cincinnatus Guard have lost their right to enter Bretonia. Any found in Bretonia will be engaged on sight and destroyed. If you are found reentering Bretonia repeatedly, further action will be taken.
We did not inform you of our presence because it would of been denied,
We are aware a carrier should not of been with us and we apologise for this.
TCG is solely concerned with the growing Nomad threat and we had intel of
this nature concerning Chester so we were compelled to investigate it.
In the future you will not "find" us in Chester or "find" us anywhere else in Bretonia
nor will you destroy us is that clear.

Rest assured, if you enter Bretonia, you will be found. If you enter Chester, you will be found. And when you are, you will be destroyed.
Due to your obvious hostility, your unwillingness to accept restrictions placed upon you, and further information gained from the ruined hulk of the last Carrier you sent in, you will soon find yourself a target for Bretonia's employees abroad.
I beg your pardon Miss.Where did you pluck this gem from
" unwillingness to accept restrictions placed upon you"
You said yourself "if we find you in there"..and i simply stated you wont find us there.
Do not twist words to suit yourself as usual tough guy.
"Commodore, this is Admiral Kaylee Staite, speaking on behalf of Order High Command. First off, while Bretonia's policity towards foreign military craft is understandable, I assure you that no Order vessels are permitted to fire upon or interfere with House military, police, or government personnel with the exception of self defense. The obvious hostile stance taken by the mercenary you describe is likely what lead to this incident; you may trust the mandalorians, but we do not, on the basis that they have attempted to attack our vessels in the past to fulfill contracts."
"We go where there is sign of Nomad activity. Bretonia has, for some time now, been under the false illusion that it is 'safe' from alien threat, but the simple fact of the matter is that you have that activity right under your noses and simply have not detected it yet. You should be thankful that The Order is watching your back while your military forces tend with the Kusari invasion."
"Our vessels operate wherever needed in order to ensure the safety of humanity. Much of the time, that means operating in space where we are unwelcome, and we do our best to remain hidden in order to avoid incidents such as this. The TCG may not have been cautious enough while undertaking their operations, and that will be dealt with, but we cannot abide by empty threats such as those you are presenting here. The Bretonian Armed Forces have no military backing in Chester, and negligible military force in the surrounding systems, we are fully aware that you lack the capability to maintain constant patrols seeking our ships while you deal with the Kusari Navy at your doorstep, and thus we cannot heed your threats or warnings."
"Order operations will continue where they are needed most. If you insist on hostility towards our pilots and officers, they will defend themselves. I suggest you focus your efforts on the real threat, our personnel are there to help the House of Bretonia and assaulting them will only weaken your own defenses."
Keep your business, and those grubby hands of yours, in the Omicrons where the real threat lays silent. Our research and this Agency are capable enough to handle our restricted space personally. Armed Forces Officers aren't put at risk to patrol these areas, due to the war.
MI does keep things in check around here, and we've been well aware of the situations of the 'Nomadic' threats that present themselves. Not to mention we've dealt with plenty of sabotage by this species. We don't really need your nonsense floating around our space.
So, a word of caution. These threats aren't empty, dear lass, and personally, I'll be damn glad to blow up one of your ships. Stay out of our restricted zones.
