The Caped Captain Casero (or CCC) checks the news on the neural net... "Oh god!!! We lost again in football... goddamn it!!!... oh and we destroyed another zoner juggernaut". He turns on the communicator "Lisa, get me Vice Admiral Anderson now!!!"
Anderson: What's the problem, Casero?
Casero: Didn't you hear?!?!
Anderson: What now? Rheinland Battleships at Texas again?
Casero: No... it's worst!!
Anderson: Oh... a Zoner juggernaut.
Casero: No!!... well yes, but I'm referring to something else! We lost at football again!!
Anderson: Oh... That's... crap... What happened with the zoners?
Casero: Oh... I'm not quite sure, but I think they sent another BattleCity into our space without permission.
Anderson: When are going to learn that they must ask permission?!
Casero: Don't worry, we got the survivors, and are being returned to home.
Anderson: Can you take this?
Casero: Sure.
Greetings, it's sad news what you brough to us, however, this is not the first time we have to deal with unauthorized battlecities in Liberty Space, we are deeply sorry for the lose of the ship, and for any casualty that might ocurred, however, we can't be responsable if Zoners can't contact us before sending warships into our space, and I'm pretty sure the commander of this "Freeport" didn't take the opportunity to leave Liberty, it's sad, but this is a concecuence of his acts.
The light from the flatscreen lit his face in a pale hue. His expression slowly but persistently turned sour as the newsman said every word.
Vince Pryor chucked his empty bottle at the wall next to the screen and swore.
"God Damn Zoners!" he belted out, "I knew they were gettin' some stupid recruits when that freakin' gunboat rolled in and said they 'Owned Pennsylvania' but this is freakin' ridiculous!"
He burried his face in his hands, scrubbing them up and down as if he was holding a towel.
"Damn freakin' sons of- I wonder what the Hell Papa Gerry thinks of this one! Damnit!"
His rage vented into the surrounding air, Vince slumped back into his chair as the news report droned on.
Idiots... Damned idiots... Those things float around with freakin' mortars on them. Mortars! What else did they think was gonna happen next to West Point?! Bastards! Waste of lives, waste of a ship!
A scowl practically glued to his face, Vince shut the screen off and sighed.
Waste of my time, too... Gotta thank the stars it ain't my problem. Just hope nothin' serious comes of it... Better hit Ames soon...
Many Zoner lives were lost today. I'm not saying what Liberty did was wrong, but... was it necessary? All I saw was a lack of patience coming from Liberty, along with speedy trigger fingers. I spit on you, I spit on you all.

Kristall, am I to understand that this vessel is some kind of...facade or only a shell?
Even if it were something so basic, do we need to worry about a breach of Zoner databases? Stolen ship design plans after all.

Mr. Forbes, our design database has already BEEN breached. We've shored up security as best we could of course, but since our entire database is now in the possession of one Aurelia DeFrance, she can sell our vessel's specifications to anyone she chooses, and we cannot do a thing to stop her.
I for one would not be in the least suprised to find that any personnel recovered from the wreck of this ship speak fluent French...
Be kinder than necessary, because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

I just spoke with the proprietor of the Jinkusu class juggernaut, Freeport.13, one Kashiwaba Tomoe. She was shocked to learn that her vessel was totally destroyed by the LSF while being moored at Freeport 11 in the Omicrons, nowhere near the scene of the crime.
I respectfully suggest that someone with FAR too much time on their hands, managed to create an inferior copy of Ms. Kashiwaba's vessel (notice the - instead of the . in the vessel's name) and decided to waltz into Liberty in an ill-advised masquerade.

Some would say that the rumour of his death are, indeed, greatly exagerrated!

As the head of the Freeport 18, my official statement is the following: I am sure that you have rescued as many civilians as you could. Sadly, the idiocy of this captain is unnaceptable. Entering military space off-access to even Libertonian citizens without express permission of the government with such a vessel?
The Freeport 18 will consider this vessel as renegade and try to arrest it's captain if found once again before delivering it to the Libertonian authorities.
Stealing Juggernaut sounds like stealing Manhattan.
Building a Juggernaut just to scare someone sounds stupid.
And there were other ways to deal with situation.
Liberty autoirites will save their warm and familar chairs and tell everyone that Freeport's capitan was a terrorist or something like that.
We're not talking about his actions, we're talking about bunch of governmental bastards who ordered to shot down a whole city of men, women and children, a city that was not a threat fo Libertonian statehood.

Mr. Maack, you have to look at it from their point of view. There was a foreign capital ship sitting right next to a major military installation. From what I am hearing, the commander made no attempt to reply to their hails. That is going to make anyone nervous. I'd like to think that they gave them every chance to leave the area. There is no one to blame here except the captain of that ship.
The Laws of the Republic of Liberty are upheld for the protection of the citizens of Liberty. When either one of these laws are broken, that means that citizens of Liberty are in danger. There may have been civilians on board that ship, however, the Captain of that ship came into Liberty without permission knowing the laws of the Republic prohibit him from doing so. I don't know what was going through that ship Captains head, but what I do know, is that that ship was in a position to harm the lives of the citizens of the Republic of Liberty, by bringing in, of all things, a vessel capable of mounting battleship class weapons. The Liberty Navy and other Liberty Forces in the area were upholding the Law and protecting the lives of several hundreds more civilians, who could have died if that battleship had open fired. You may argue it didn't, but it was certainly in a position to do so. We will not take the chance, especially seeing that ship did not even respond to the hails raised by Liberty Forces in the area.
Remember, you are coming into our House, not your own own. Respect our laws in our House.
Well, i'm freaking happy, that someone become nervous. But for some special reason i never shoot everything i don't like. Miss Wolf and her dogs may have go to bar and have some Liberty Ale or vodka, but shooting at something that posess no threat is a level of a loosy pirate, not an appropriate behavour for an officer.
The second idea that noone ever heard of using Juggernaut as a weapon. There is completely no sence in saying that. What it could do? My god, it put a shadow upon your wonderful academy, what's a great problem! Miss Perry, you say it has weapons, but the only ones who used the weapons were libertonians. What do you think of that?
And the third idea is that you are trying to hide behind your laws but that's your brave officers let it to enter the system. Why hadn't it been stopped at the borders? Who knows? Hell knows?
