Ah well. Patrol didn't go exactly as planned today. I originally thought I'd do a patrol from Pennsylvania to
Illinois trough New York and Colorado. It started out well, I did a patrol of the Pennsylvania System with no
unlawful, unpleasant or disturbing elements detected. When I arrived back at Philadelphia after checking both
Erie and Bethlehem, I got a private communications channel invite from a recruit officer named Red, asking
for backup ASAP in California.
When I arrived I was surprised to find the exact same Kusari Explorer that had engaged me and Bauer two days
ago, the Bad-Dog, plus two of his Rogue friends that left the scene when we arrived. As me and the recruit
officer had quite bad odds against his Gunboat we tried to politely tell him to leave or get arrested. He didn't
listen to any of our demands, so we headed back to New York to get reinforcements. He followed us, but, luckily
for us he didn't open fire at us. When we all arrived at the New York end of the gate we met a Freelancer (Sky.Blue) and
another Police officer. When the Junker started shooting at the Freelancer we realized that this was a good
opportunity to take him out, so all three of us moved to assist him. Unfortunately enough, both the
recruit officer and I was experiencing some minor equipment failures, which isn't exactly a very good thing
when you're flying a few hundred meters away from that kind of firepower. The recruit went down first, then
me a couple of minutes later.
Both me and the recruit managed to safely eject. So, well now I'm sitting here in the medical bay at Fort Bush
for some routine checks, just in case.

Nothing's really new on this front. I'll keep you updated as soon as anything interesting comes in.
Also, thanks, O'Brian, that'd be great. No rush though, I've got the time to wait.

Did an hour-or-so patrol of Pennsylvania, New York, Colorado and Illinois.
Started out in Pennsylvania at Philadelphia station, checking out both Planet
Erie and Bethlehem Station. I then went up to New York, going straight up to
Planet Manhattan, then down to Norfolk and up to Pittsburgh. All clear.
I then went up to Colorado, taking the route trough Pueblo Station to Planet
Denver, encountering nothing except the occasional rookie Xeno patrol
disrupting the lanes. I headed up to do a short patrol of Illinois, and
planned ending my shift at Police Plaza. Long range scanners indicated
that there were no suspicious vessels in Illinois, so I decided to do some
scenic flying. Bad idea. I flew upside down over the planet in
front of the station. A small equipment failure, however, decided to end my
trip abruptly by plummeting me into the atmosphere. So, well, I did the
natural thing by ejecting as soon as I heard the "entering atmosphere"
warning. Both me and the ship was rescued safely, with the ship suffering
minor hull damage and me suffering none. I'm still sitting in the medical bay
at Police Plaza for the usual routine checks. God damn it.

Did a patrol of California, Ontario, Pennsylvania and New York today. I started my patrol at Mojave Station, and
went to the Magellan Jump gate, and then into Ontario where I had a quick look. I then headed back towards
New York, receiving a call for assistance at the New York jump gate from a Gunboat. When I arrived, however,
I determined that I'd be quite severely outgunned and decided to head trough to New York to get reinforcements.
When I arrived there I went straight to Pennsylvania and did a loop, going first to Bethlehem and then to Erie.
There was nothing there except the usual miners, so I headed back out, where I met a Freelancer named Sky.Blue,
which I had already had a brief encounter with some days ago fighting the Junker gunboat Bad.Dog. I, clever
as I am, managed to mix the two up however and told him to "not try anything stupid" and that "I'd be watching
him". Oops. I later apologized to him and we, plus Captain Joe Smith, who joined us and Manhattan, stopped
for a little chat, until an artifact smuggler named "Christopher Hunnicut" in a Borderworlds Transport showed
up and ran for the mooring fixture. He unfortunately managed to dock and escape to sell his cargo before I
managed to stop him. In the middle of all this Joe experienced an equipment failure on his ship, so I and
the Freelancer were alone against the smuggler. When he docked he ran for the trade lane, and docked
just as we disrupted the lane behind him. Damn.
Well. As the smuggler fled a new contact closed in on scanners, a Lane Hacker named "Sybreed". We
met up with him at the lane, offering him a chance to move away from the lane and avoid any trouble.
He didn't formally take our offer, but at least he fled away from us when a Dreadnought patrol showed up.
I and Blue took the lane to Fort Bush, where I left him and ended my patrol.
Sorry I've been away for a while the police duty takes a toll on me some times
On the first patrol back there was a large group of pirates on the lane to planet Mojave from the California Jonny.Johnson....The rogue wasn't the their.....He is my brother Sadly that does not make me turn down the usage of force that I will be asked to use on other criminals like him.
On more troubling note I met a lane Hacker by the name of Hellstorm I badly damaged his ship because he was too paranoid to fight....Then I saw him again claiming that he had gone away for some therapy. If anything that made him worse. He now is Mentally unstable and must be appraoched with extreme caution!

Did a patrol of New York, Colorado and Illinois today, starting from Fort Bush. I first went to Detroit Munitions,
then out to West Point and Norfolk, then to Pittsburgh and from there up to Colorado. Here I took the route via
Rio Grande and Pueblo Station, docking briefly at Pueblo for some ammo. I continued up to Planet Denver,
where I heard someone talking about the Order over the open systems communications channel. I quickly asked
if there was "anything I should know", and the reply was that he had to pay an Order Gunboat sitting at the lane
from the New York jumpgate to Pueblo to pass him. Odd. He wasn't there when I went by five minute earlier.
I turned around and headed back to the jump gate, only to find nothing. I was on my way to Illinois to end my
shift when he was talking, so I decided to get some reinforcements to look for him, which came in the form of a
Dreadnought, the LNS-Sierra. He assisted the Freelancer who was on the criminals' trail and, presumably, they
caught up with him and dealt with the threat.
Otherwise I didn't encounter see much on my patrol, except some rookie Lane Hacker and Xeno patrols
now and then. In addition I got a report from a trader about an Outcast at West Point, which I also called in some reinforcements to deal with.
At the end of my patrol I also had a chat with Lieutenant Aiden Maggard, who was about to start his patrol just as I left.

So. Now I've just done a patrol of the Illinois, Colorado, New York, Texas and Pennsylvania systems.
I started out in the Illinois system at Springfield Station in my Liberator, and headed off for Police Plaza.
Here I dropped off some prisoners from the earlier patrol, resupplied my Liberator and headed off for Attica,
just to try my luck and check if I still knew the route in; I haven't been there in months. After a couple of
attempts, however, I started to remember and took all the right turns, and finally arrived at Attica.
After ferrying some new high-risk prisoners from Police Plaza to Attica, I undocked, only to receive a message
from the Sirius Meteorological Service that there was an incoming Ion Storm and that I was advised to dock
and head to the bar. I, of course, didn't risk my chances outside in the Ion Storm, something I've tried
before with rather mixed results, so I gladly complied with his advice and headed for the bar on Attica and had
a chat with some of the police officers who were on guard duty there.
After it had all blown over I headed out and off to the jump hole to Colorado, straight to Denver and then off
to the New York jump gate, noting nothing of interest in the Colorado system. In New York things weren't
anymore exciting either; I openly asked if anyone needed help over the open systems communications
channel. Receiving no responses, I headed off out-system to Texas, were I sat outside Houston for ten
minutes or so, waiting to see any embargo breakers or the odd Rheinlander would appear.
Nothing. I plotted the course for Philadelphia System in Pennsylvania, did the standard loop there
(Philly -> Erie -> Philly -> Bethlehem -> Philly), docked, dropped off some Rogue, Xeno and Hacker pilots
which I had picked up on the way and ended my patrol, satisfied with a days' good work.

Ugh, my first duty in LPI. I have been patrolling Liberty, when I found a Lane Hacker, appereantly waiting for his victim. I arrested him and took him to LPI Sugarland, but there the crew discovered the pilot wasn't there. The ship was probably controlled by a remote computer. The ship is captured at Sugarland.
That was my first day on duty.
Simon Perrett signing off.

--------------- Incident One ---------------
I left FortBush and immediately went on a patrol. I spotted a transporter with curious cargo and followed him as he headed to Texas. In Texas he tried to head to Bering so I spotted him. He head he was heading to Rheinland so I ordered him to turn around. He did so willingly and once we got back to Houston he docked and did not undock for some time. When he did he headed to Hudson and I again stopped him. He said this time he was heading to Sugarland so I escorted him to the station to make sure of this. He docked and refused to undock. After much waiting I left the scene.
--------------- Incident Two ---------------
I was going through New York when I encountered and Xeno Eagle causing trouble. I asked him to move on but the arrogant fool just wanted to fire on me. After many minutes or retaliation he was beginning to lose. Suddenly, in the blink of an eye, five plus hostiles came into range so I, not wanting to get bogged down, fled the field to Manhattan.
After re-arming I headed to Fort Bush and met a furball of pilots from Hackers, Rogues, Xenos and Thugs vs a mere two Navy pilots. Un-able to engage considering my flee I watched and try to coordinate reinforcements. After much fighting, I had to re-engage after I got attacked by one of the hostiles. They eventually dispersed and more Navy pilots came to mop them up.
Did some trading on the LPI-ADX-Lexington today, transferring Basic Alloy from Houston to make Light Arms at
Detroit, taking the fresh Light Arms from there to the Navy at the Gettysburg, and then taking Robotics
Equipment from Philadelphia Station back to Houston. I sent the credits to the LPI-ADX-Lexington. Didn't really
see anything interesting while trading except the Navy attempting another push into Rheinland.

--------------- Incident One ---------------
After doing another delightful patrol I came across a huge furball of Jokers, Rogues, Navy and mercenarys. I immediatly jumped in and assisted. After that died down with the smell of sweet victory I moved on to Fortbush in my patrol. After getting to California Jump Gate I met a Rogue bomber causing trouble so we engaged and I took him out. With engine trouble I left the scene as another pirate Roc Bomber showed up.
--------------- Incident Two ---------------
After going down to Texas I met a transporter with cargo that was very dodgy. The sort you see smugglers try and get into Rheinland with. I stopped him and he was as silent as night. I gave him warning to reply to my commands, he refused and resisted arrest. I then took his ship down.
--------------- Incident Three ---------------
In California I met a transport full of Gain Wildlife, he refused to drop the load and tried to dodge my ship and escape. He as well was taken down.
My list of pilots we must add to our fugative list.
