That looks quite a bit more than 15% size difference, luis =P
At that size, it'd need to have more armor and a 9 mil power core, than the stats I previously suggested. The model in your size comparison looks to be pretty close to the liberty carrier.
can you also compare it to other 9 million core battleships? ( legate, kusari BB, rheinland BB ) - cause from what i remember, the lib carrier just barely makes it a "heavy" battleship - being smaller than even the outcast battleship ( which admittedly is disgustingly huge though )
from what i see - it doesn t look "large" enough for a heavy ship - but a medium battleship should do. ( but maybe i m wrong, its been a while that i examined the size charts )
when its supposed to have armour of like 1 million or more and a 9 million core ( somewhat trademarks of heavy battleships ) - it really needs to fit the size. ( however, no need to be as large as the juggernaut or the marduk )
and we should also never compare to the lib DN, which - if it had been a custom model - never have gotten a medium powercore and so much armour, but would have received something like mako stats, i guess. which gets me to another issue....
one of the main enemies of the order, the BHG only got a rather inferior light battleship ( its really much worse than the osiris ) - question is - how are they supposed to fight a really heavy one that has a good turret arc cover ( it already has trouble iwth the legate - and the legate has at least quite a large weak spot ( rear ) ) - currently, the mako is mostly balanced to fight the osiris. if facing a heavier opponent, i dare say, there is no choice but to simply add more ships to even the odds. ( adding more ships to a battle - meaning ... they ll have to fight 1 mako+whatever vs. one heavy carrier in order to have a fair chance to win )
From the scale, the 2 hangars on the side look a bit too small to service fighter craft. Could be mistaken though.
Thought about doing a single larger hangar that runs throught the middle, or which is located under the ship?
Question.... are there actually going to be mobile docking bases piloted by players?
If not... why make carriers as player ships? Maybe just make carriers to replace "ship" bases like Atum and Isis.

The current geb model has 4 hangar bays on the front that you couldnt even fit a starflea into.

No.

For roleplay purposes. Even if you cant actually launch fighters, it's still a nice spin being able to roleplay the part. I do it all the time with my geb.

Geb never looked like anything that carries anything anyways. Looks good.... but not like a carrier.

Hm... do you RP imaginary ships launching, or do you imagine your budies who follow you around as being docked before they say "launching"?
Both ways kinda have that sandbox type playing of a kid shouting "zzzooinng launching fighters pew pew pew Im firin mah lazors" while moving around matchbox cars in the sand kinda feeling.
Back to the carrier...
If you dont want people to say "wtf those hangars cnat hold nuthin" all the time...
Make a single well visible and capable large hangar that really looks like it could handle fighters quickly nad efficiently. Like the hangar is the most important thing. The "axe" kind of ship's snout looks kinda out of place here. It looks like the ship can also ram, but the sideway hangars dont fit into that concept.
