Really? What is our reputation? This is the first evern fl community I joined and whilst I can see problems I don't understand why other entire communities would dislike us...

There's a lot of hate going on in this community, like it or not.

Certain individuals within Discovery and from other Freelancer Communities perhaps dislike Discovery.

But to say entire communities is just an attempt to hyperbole a fabricated hatred to further give material to the conspiracy guys and negative folks alike.

You want to change stuff you take a look at yourself and then you work from there.

I'm Zeltak. That bastard who kept insulting people randomly and felt good about it whilst feeling like no problems were my faults.

Well, took a little look at the mirror you see, and you know what, some things were my fault. I'm trying to fix them, every day. And so far it's going good. And perhaps those that interact with me on a daily-basis, Discovery has become slightly a better place for them. Even if that change is so little you won't notice it, it's still there.

And that's all I gotta say.

Sure, there's alot of respect for what has been done RP wise, but there's also alot (Perhaps more) of animosity for what has been done to 'Preserve' that RP.

And that would be different than, say, how people feel about Microsoft?

Seriously - if it weren't for Microsoft, we wouldn't be able to play the game in the first place, because it wouldn't be here. Yet every other comment about Microsoft is how mean and rotten they are. And as much as you bad mouth them, 90% of the PC's in the world run Microsoft products.

As for the community - realistically, the Discovery mod is what's keeping Freelancer alive more so than any other mod. Again, whether your perception is good or bad, it's still the reality of it.

You're Zeltak? Didn't know that. Even better. We had some quarrels in the past but now we get along like friends of something. One of the examples how not everything has to stay in everlasting unfriendly relations.

Yes, there are a lot of I-hate-you people in this community. Then again, there are a lot of good, regular guys and girls (lets not forget them, hehe). It's a pleasure to have some of them as my disco-friends.

As for other communities and their opinions... Should we care?
